We came in when they were slammed but we still got our food relatively quickly. Everything was fresh and yummy and the atmosphere was unique and good.

My wife has been here several times, this was my first and it truly lived up to the hype of it all. The atmosphere was amazing even with the line outside, it moved fast and was communicated well by staff. The food was great and the drinks were amazing. we bought both a coffee and cocktail and enjoyed everything. even with the music playing you can still conversate. the bartender Emily is amazing and on top of everything. Will definitely return

This place was great the food was really good and the atmosphere doubly so. The Omelette type sandwich was easy to eat and the wait was a bit long, but they were extraordinarily busy so it's excusable. This place is really neat and definitely worth your time if you're visiting Cleveland I can imagine it being a fun local spot during the week too. Definitely recommend.

I was so excited to go to MGK's place, 27 Club Coffee, and it did NOT disappoint. The food was terrific. I had the Crispy Chicken Wrap, and it was fresh, tasty and big! The employees were helpful making food suggestions, and the environment was upbeat and full of energy. LOVED IT!

So the food and coffee were great. However there was a bouncer here and the rules around the tables and seats are crazy. This is not a hang out and chill coffee place vibe. I tried to get a table before ordering while waiting for friends and was kicked out of my seat. I also witnessed numerous people sitting and waiting for take out orders kicked out of seats. There were plenty of extra seats too. And little kids were kicked out of seats while their mom ordered. Unfortunately this vibe makes me not want to go back.

In a bit of a offbeat location, but not hard to find. Parking is ample in the area. Beautiful building and design, color/decor layout give a nice feel, furniture a bit awkward, they need more small stool seats to go with the tables. One thing I did notice is they even offered high chairs. The staff is God awful and very unattentive(they honestly all need to be replaced with more focused, knowledgeable and customer friendly staff), from a bartender who doesn't pay attention to her totally empty bar when a patron walks up, sits and waits, to a cashier who fails to tell you what they are out of and who waves a to go box at me instead of bringing it to our table after I got up and asked for a box and was told sure as she walked away, to a drink runner who spills drinks on customers(yes spilled the latte on us and said oh sorry then went and got rags from the kitchen but didn't refill the latte), to a guy from the kitchen laying over the counter. The gentleman who I would believe is the manager was busy cleaning, checking on customers, running food and being professional (even lowering the television volume without being asked). Bathroom was iffy at best, didn't smell bad but was dirty with pump hand soap put directly on the sink ledge and dirty floors. Pricing is a bit high for the product, but average for The Flats. The best part of the visit was definitely the food. We had a bit of everything from their menu; lattes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, waffles, and flat bread pizza. Presentation was excellent, portion size was very good, taste shows time goes into the creations. Overall I'd say bring more money than a stop at your average cafe in Cleveland, if you're not in the area I wouldn't suggest going out of your way for a visit.
PS ask for napkins, if not you won't get them

Came here for my birthday and this, by far, is THE BEST coffee shop I have ever been to!! Great atmosphere, great coffee and the cinnamon rolls are on point!!! The menu has some great items to chose from and the prices are affordable!! I got a travel mug and a bag of coffee beans, the coffee is delicious and the mug is very well made! The employees are very polite and helpful, the place was very clean and the music was great! I could have sat there all day!! I highly recommend visiting The 27 Coffee Club!!

It was cute. I wish the did more with the place. Kinda bare. Almost a novelty. Food and drinks were good. Merchandise was overpriced. And the furniture was uncomfortable. The best part was that there was skulls.

Had a great time here! The place is modern and spacious, perfect for chilling with friends or getting some work done. The coffee and waffles were on point, and the staff were super helpful. Definitely a happy place!

My son (12) and I stopped in on the way out of Cleveland headed home for Detroit. My sons a big Gunner fan so he was talking about it all weekend!
What a cool place! Staff is hands down helpful, patient and just happy! Great vibe we didn't want to leave but was filling up and wanted to clear out for the next customers! We went today Sunday 2/19 about 1130am and had to wait maybe 15 min! The pizza was phenomenal and the merch is high quality, not cheap materials! We snatched up a couple hoodies and a hat for the boy😁
Coolest part hands down was MGK was actually there!! Didn't make a attempt to make contact because he looked occupied but how cool for my son! Keep up the good work Club 27 we'll definitely be back!
