Exceptional Customer Service!! Let me tell you about this staff at the Red Bank BIGGBY! I have yet to have anything but an amazing experience here... they are friendly, willing to go above and beyond, accommodating, and an overall dream! On our visit yesterday a trainee made our mocktails but forgot the strawberry syrup.. I called just wanting to be sure that they haven’t changed anything as the drink had no color. I spoke with the manager Robert (who is still in high school y’all 🤯) and when I tell you he handled the concern with professionalism, empathy, and an eagerness to remedy the error that blew me away. I visited today to find he not only left my wife and I free drink coupons but a hand written note to boot! Thank you Robert, you are a super star!!!

Lastly.. I want to acknowledge the diversity of the staff. Its apparent their commitment to inclusiveness and equality is of the up most importance.

I love the coffee & staff. They are always so sweet, and can help you find a drink you like. Location gets pretty busy sometimes but that’s because the service is worth it! They even have treats for your pup, and 2 types of hot chocolate. I love this place.

okay I went here yesterday for the first time ever-- both of the workers I spoke with were super friendly, patient with me being indecisive, and had tons of suggestions for things to try. you could just tell they have fun at work and have fun making good coffee for people. anyway! I got an iced butter bear latte or something and it was so good. I drank it in an embarrassingly fast amount of time. anyway I'm gonna come back every day!!!!!

The coffee here is delicious! They have so many different flavors to choose from, and so many options to customize them to your taste. They have delicious bagels, I tried the everything bagel, and the jalapeno cheddar bagel, both super delicious and filling! My kids love the donut holes, which come prepackaged in a large plastic cup with a lid that helps with keeping it all in one place. Love this place, and plan to become a regular!

Being from out of state, I lived on Biggby Coffee in college and had really missed it when I moved to Ohio. I was so excited to see this location open and their coffee is just as good as I remember! Even though it's a bit of a drive from my home, I come here frequently and love the exceptional customerservice they provide. Their management is top notch as well. I had an issue with my credit card on a recent visit and their owner went above and beyond to make it right. If you're looking for great coffee or a delicious breakfast on the go, check them out- you won't be disappointed.

Hmmm ive been trying very hard to become a regular at this coffee shop. I may as well roll the dice when it comes to getting my order made properly. Like most, im particular about how I like my coffee but the more variation I give them, the greater the chance that my order will not be made properly.

I can come in to the store 5 days in a row and order a hot beverage, but have to ask for the hot sleeve every single time.

The last time I came to place an order, they just threw my sandwich on the counter without saying whose or what it was, while they simultaneously made my latte incorrect. I paid for the order already, but was frustrated enough to just leave.

Great coffee! I grabbed an iced coffee for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up & it was just what I needed. There's plenty of seating inside & they have a drive-thru, which is fantastic for this area. I love the reusable cups and tea selection as well. Can't wait to go back!

The product is great the coffee and frozen drinks are superior to many other coffee shops. I just felt that the staff was very rude and had little to no customer service training at all. We usually oder from door dash but decided to actually venture out during this pandemic as a family outing. Not only were we suprised by the staffs domineer but it really made me rethink my loyalty to this coffe shop. We live about 20 minutes away in a good neighborhood who has 2 local coffee shops. I just felt that my expectations were highly let down after driving 20 minutes instead of just a few blocks away. If the staff would be as high quality as the product this place would definitely be awesome, but for now it's lacking the customer attention needed to create a loyal clientele

The employees here were soooo nice! I asked them to make me something warm, sweet, and delicious because of the weather. They made me something that was AMAZING and they were all super nice people. I work at the Jackson Hewitt in the plaza, and I will definitely be back!!!!
