Great cappuccino...they also have Oregon chai which is my wife's favorite.

A tall ( in Starbucks terms) mocha is 5 bucks. I was told and tried it myself it wasn’t very good:(

Coffee and food is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and offers great suggestions/recommendations.

I'm sad they got rid of the sugar free smores and some other sugar free syrups!

I had the Iced Snowy Mocha and the blood orange refresher and they both tasted great! The Snowy Mocha was recommended by the barista and it tastes like actual coffee, it included a chocolate covered coffee bean on top which was amazing with the coffee. The blood orange refresher was top tiered and tastes better than the one I use to get at Panera. Very friendly baristas and will be coming back!

This is so disappointing. I loved you guys but I am definitely never going back there again and I let all my family and friends know not to go here anymore as well as anyone who will ever ask. I loved you guys but nah I’m good now. Going back to starbucks.

Last week my sister in law and I pull up to the drive thru. Its her first time here and so ofcourse I’m taking her to the human bean (not anymore tho). A girl with i believe reddish hair and freckles and a blue tshirt came to the window. She had the dirtiest attitude and I was so confused because every time I come here everyone is always great. We made our order and a few mins later another girl came out with one part of the order. She had the biggest smile and was so sweet and I was like there we go i like her not the girl in the blue to my sister in law as I’m explaining to her that they are usually always great here and apologizing for her first experience being with a very rude barista (the window was closed right after they handed our first drink). The girl who took our order was beyond rude from the start to the end. But if i didnt want my sister in law trying this place so bad i would have drove away and i should have because when you get nasty customer service the order doesnt taste as it should. We ended up throwing our drinks away. Anyways- as the girl in the blue hands us almost all the order she slams the window in our face- HARD. I’m like what the f? Like seriously you’ve been rude since the moment we pulled up are you serious? She forgot one more drink and literally walked away no one was by the window so I beeped she comes back aggressive and i tell her the last drink and she pours it and hands it to us and again slams the window shut. We didnt get our straws and we were so upset I ended up driving away. Its so disappointing because I loved you guys but I was definitely wrong when you hire people like that. I made sure to let my family know not to go back either because I was always boasting about how great you guys are and some told me its not all that or you will shut down soon, etc. and I was like NO THEY ARE GREAT. But ya no they were right i guess. Thanks for the worst experience ever.

I've gone to the Human Bean at least 8 times already, The drinks are great & the girls are always so friendly. The only recommendation I have, get the non sweating cups for the cold drinks. I always have a wet mess on my desk. I don't use the cup coolers. I use the drink holders on my desk but when you pick up the cup, water always seems to drip off the cup. This won't stop me from coming back.

It was our first time to The Human Been. The menu is good, the coffee ☕️ is great and the staff is accommodating, friendly, & fast. The prices are competitive. We will definitely be back! I would recommend you all give them a try.

Falling asleep, while traveling, I had to make a pit stop for coffee. Drove off Interstate 71and lo and behold saw Human Bean. Thought to myself, that looks interesting and pulled in. Was greeted at the drive thru by a friendly gal named Hannah. I asked, "What's good for a weary traveler?" She replied with a chuckle, "It's all good at the Human Bean. But for you, I'd recommend one of our popular Energy Drinks." She hit me up and then I soared to my Detroit destination with a smile on my face and a longing for a Human Bean in my city.
