Purchased a bottle of wine from Winans that was maderized (cooked) and was told my only opinion was to exchange it for another bottle of the exact same wine...bottle #2 also the same. I've had great service in the past but wasn't happy with their options for resolution, exchanging for yet another bottle of the same wine. Disappointed.

I can’t understand why people saying the service is bad here... I came for the first time a Sunday morning and everything was excellent... such a sweet staff and especially the lady took my order... I had a hot coffee latte with caramel and cream and it was just the way I want it... nice, warm and cosy coffee place with a good selection of snacks and chocolates also... I was satisfied with everything in this place so I will return for sure soon enough...

Got coffee and hot chocolate from here. The coffee was good and the hot chocolate was excellent. The staff are polite and friendly. There is parking just outside.

Went there this morning at 8:45. Door says they open at 8 on Mondays. Google says 9. Waited until 9. Worker showed up at 9:03 to open the store. Left to go get coffee somewhere else.

full disclosure...I worked for winans for almost 7 years. I haven't for at least 2. all of the new baristas always make my order correctly and Ive never had bad service. a PLUS: their loyalty program is great. the only downside to this particular location is that since it's at a popular outdoor mall, the parking can be difficult.

I love Winans. Great coffee. It's always fresh. Much better than the garbage Starbucks puts out. You can actually taste the coffee at Winans. Unlike the other place that's a cup of flavored syrup.
