Better than Starbucks!! Had been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally had the opportunity to stop a couple months ago. It is sooooooooo good! Highly recommend! Love supporting local business.. The only drawback is days and hours... Closed two days in the middle of the week and closes at 3pm on days they're open. But when they're open, the coffee is amazing and worth the stop!

The coffee and service is always top notch! I crave the drink Little Poppy on the daily, and the new vegan cinnamon rolls are amazing!!

My wife and I actually really like this place and try to stop there when we are in Athens. The only issue is their hours are bad and they change without notice. For example we tried to go there today but they had a sign on the window, saying they were not open till 10:45. We have had this happen multiple times, bad luck I guess.

First trip there: amazing! The guy who made my drink seriously knew coffee and the Americano he made me was incredible. Plus, the location is spectacular and they sell sweet arts baked goods!

Very friendly owners/staff! Always feel kinda homey, great atmosphere with great coffee! I would recommend this business to anyone, from new coffee drinkers to the extreme connoisseur.

Stopped by for a good drink and wasn't disapointed! Had a friendly conversation with the owners about their renovation process and they even shared some pictures. My wife got the syphioned coffee and it was very neat to watch. I would recommend if you have a few minutes to wait!

I’ve been here many many times and the coffee is amazing and the owners are fantastic!

I love this place and has a scenic view. I really like their mocha with oatmilk and they have really good espresso too. So if you're visiting Athens, this a place worth checking out.

It's fine... Coffee is okay, but certainly tastes a bit like stale beans. I have no idea what their actual hours are, because most times I try to come here they are closed anyways.

We usually stop at Donkey Coffee on our way through Athens as we return to Cincinnati from WV once a month, Sunday afternoons. We stopped yesterday at this place because we were excited to see that it was open. We ordered an iced caramel caffe latte and a dirty iced chai at the window, which was completely contactless (card only). They didn't have almond milk, but I should have tried the macadamia milk! Husband said the caramel iced coffee was GREAT - wonderful coffee flavor and not too much milk. He's picky and was thrilled. This stop is SO CONVENIENT if you just want coffee as you're driving through on 32/50. A smidge expensive, but delicious for a stand-alone coffee stop.
