Great aesthetics, welcoming staff, and great tasting drinks. I tried their hot chocolate which had a fantastic chocolatey flavor and was at the ideal drinking temperature right off the bat. I loved how they used reusable cups with their logo on it. That plus the (I think) live plants made it feel even more local/homey. They even had a large coffee machine that I assume they use at times.
The only negative was how difficult it was to find. I had to loop back because I was looking for a distinct building and I didn't see any signs near the road.

I absolutely love coming to this coffee shop! They roast their beans in house, and the owners are very passionate about how they source and roast their coffee. The Coffee is delicious and the environment is super comfy (even Lord of the rings themed as Goldberry is a character.) I highly recommend and will always make the trip! 💕

GRC is a great place to not only grab a coffee or espresso but to also experience coffee being roasted! A family friendly atmosphere and a business that supports community, what a great combo!

FIVE STARS ISN'T ENOUGH! My wife and I have a special place in our hearts for Goldberry Roasting Company. We fell in love there. When it came time to plan our wedding in Ashland, we wanted our guests to be served their amazing coffee. A few months before the wedding, our pastor fell through. We turned to another family friend to marry us – the owner of Goldberry! Here’s where it gets crazy: the owner of Goldberry was also the lead singer of our wedding band! You read that all correct. It was insane and amazing! We would never have changed a thing. The coffee, the pastor and the lead singer were all exceptional. For my wife and I, Goldberry is the best coffee shop around and so, so much more. Like the river spirit after which they are named, Goldberry Roasting Company is friendly, charming and magical. It’s sappy, but it’s true. If you don’t believe us, try a cup and find out for yourself.

We held our bridal shower at Goldberry Roasting Company and couldn't have imagined a better experience! Our entire extended family fit perfectly inside and there was plenty of comfortable seating. Guests could sit at the long table, chat by the windows, or sit up by the front counter. The variety within the space is ideal for any sort of wedding shower, baby shower, or even birthday! The owners even created a personalized sign to welcome my fiancé and I. They also created personalized coffee bags for each guest, with the picture and saying of our choosing! I appreciated not only the excellent quality of coffee, but the care and consideration that the owners took in preparing for our event. I've attached a ton of photos because we all loved taking in the rustic and warm atmosphere. We used the main GRC logo wall to take all of our pictures (the lighting was great)! We also had the opportunity to watch how they roast their coffee beans and sampled some great cups. Absolutely recommend GRC for any event or even just for their high quality coffee!

Great coffee shop in Ashland. Where Starbucks tastes good because of all the overpriced chemical flavorings, Goldberry coffee is naturally tasty. They use the Pour Over Coffee method, which makes a huge difference in quality and taste. I absolutely recommend Goldberry to anyone who likes real coffee.
