The Healthy Spot

I remember when I first moved here a little over a year ago I needed to go to the water department to sign some papers to turn my water on. Google maps took me to healthy spot. I walked in fully expecting offices or something and instead it was a woman making smoothies at the counter. Google maps had the address completely wrong. I remember walking out awkwardly but I always wanted to come back to try the drinks but any time I wanted to come it was either closed or I forgot about it.

Anyways! Fast forward to a little over a year later. A post from healthy spot popped up on my Facebook feed today. I was like "oh yeah! I wanted to go there!"

I hopped in my car and drove to healthy spot within 5 minutes of seeing that post 😂

I asked her to surprise me and she did!

To my surprise it was a protein shake! I remember back when I lived in Japan there was a place called C Street that I always went to because they had the best protein shakes! Every. Single. Morning. Right before work I would go to C street.

The drinks were really tasty at healthy spot 😋
