Country Kitchen Restaurant

I normally have a good experience with Country Kitchen. Today when my order was 20 minutes late, I called to ask what happened. Country Kitchen didn't have the address correct, and they left the order on someone else's doorstep. They claimed staff members called me, but I have no missed calls or voicemails. They agreed to redeliver my order. The delivery driver called and didn't know where I lived. She was once again at the wrong address!

Once we cleared up the address, I spoke to the delivery driver in person. She was borderline abrasive and told me I should have paid for my food again. I also received a rude handwritten note (attached photo) along with the order. Again, I had no missed phone calls or voicemails.

When I called the first time, there was no mention of a re-delivery fee, which I would have paid upon request. While I am not sure where the error occurred, I am not impressed with the unprofessional note nor the delivery driver who got lost twice. My apartment building is easy to find and my phone is never turned off.

I am very disappointed with Country Kitchen.

Service was good but the food lacking greatly. Good ranch though. Don't order Mac n cheese it is gross. Ques burger should be avoided as well.. salad was good.

Country Kitchen is one of those "default" eating establishments for us. The meals are consistent quality, as is the service. Plus, it's in a convenient location. They also recently started serving liquor too, if I'm not mistaken. All around, decent place to meet up with friends.

Hard pass. Horrible. Table wasn't clean. Food was mediocre at best. Pancakes were so rubbery they were hard for my kids to cut. Bathrooms were gross, dimly lit for a reason. Super over priced for what you get.

The service and the quality of food was so good very good we had a wonderful waitress and we really enjoyed our breakfast this morning on our way to mendora

Clean. Food was good. Waiter, Cole, was knowledgeable about their menu and was able to suggest a item I was looking for. Getting food took longer I felt because of all the door dash orders.

The service was fast. The waitress was both professional yet pleasantly friendly.
I highly recommend this place.

The one star is for the friendly waitress but that's all this place has going for them. Food was horrible, they no doubt use the cheapest food vendors possible. Ordered a steak & seasoned red skin potatoes.. steak was tiny, not at all like the pictures on this Google account, tough and just overall bad tasting. "Seasoned" potatoes didnt even have salt or pepper on them and were 100% microwaved as well as the mac and cheese. 10/10 would not recommend this place.. I'm blown away that it has such good reviews, unless it just recently went downhill. Again, the waitress was friendly at least.

Worst service I've ever had. The hostess didn't say a word when we walked up to get a table. Just awkwardly stared at me. The burger patty was bad. And when we went to pay, the lady taking our payment was a jerk. Very, VERY rude. Kept huffing and puffing about everything. If you don't like your job, then quit. Plenty of other people would be happy to have your job and actually be kind to the people paying your pay check. Everything else I could overlook, but because of her, I wouldn't go back.

Lousy attention to customers waiting up front and after seating by the host. Good fresh food once ordered. I had to walk out after 10 minutes with no one to take my order on Thursday after similar lack of attention Wednesday both around 5-7pm.
