Awesome place to stop by and grab some really great coffee! AJ is super knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his craft. Will definitely be stopping back every time we’re in Cavalier.

Having moved back from Portland Oregon a couple years ago, it’s great seeing more small town roasters in the area. Drove up from Grand Forks with my wife to check it out when they had donuts there. AJ and Valerie are great hosts in their new coffee shop. Not shy to share their story and what they find has worked for them in running this coffee shop. So grateful to have this amazing resource so close to my hometown. We travel the world visiting coffee roasters and Sparky's is on par with the best ones we have visited. Awesome to see the passion and attention to detail required for a good single origin light roast. We look forward to ordering more beans. Be sure to check out their cold brew too!
