I went to this place specifically to burn time before school. I had about 40 mins before dropping my daughter off at Jefferson Elementary which is nearby. There are only 2 locations in WS. One on the Wake Forest campus and one on the WSSU campus. The staff was friendly. The location was clean. The food was sub par. I wasn't a fan. The bagel sandwich i got was too crunchy and the bagel itself tasted old. I also was highly dissatisfied that this campus location didnt accept coupons or gift cards. I spoke with the supervisor about this and she advised that this wasn't a corporate location so they didn't have too. I advised her that i thought it wasn't consumer friendly that college student couldn't use coupons or gift cards. I even asked her if ahe knew why this location decided upon that decision. She was polite and courteous and advised that she didn't know but that they decided not to as they weren't a corporate division and didn't have too. With tuition being 54,000 annually here even if the students here are financially secure enough to not have to worry this location is losing out on a market of customers by not supporting it own email club/campaign. I couldn't quite understand that. So in a nutshell, I'll stick to Bagel station off Stratford. Fresh bagels. Great family owned business.
Quality bagels and bread. Sandwiches for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with chips, 🍪 cookies and drinks. Good coffee and amazing 🥤Coke machine for any flavor combination. The service is hit or miss, with a side of sass and incompetence.
