Great Coffee, Great Customer Service and a nice vibe in the shop. I just Love it. Blessings to the owners.

All we had was a coffee and a latte. I was not expecting such amazing coffee. Wow!

We ended up here because the nearby Starbucks closed and we are so glad we did. They grind the coffee fresh, I had, perhaps the best mocha ever, my wife loved her cappuccino and the waffle with fruit and fresh home-made whipped cream was awesome. A gem of a coffee shop and we will be back, often.

Went to this place one Sunday morning with my Sister.....lovely place and the staff was so friendly and welcoming as well as accomodating. My sister had the waffle with fresh fruit which was amazing and sizeable I might add, I had coffee,(each cup is brewed individually).You could taste the freshness in every sip. I will definitely be back!!!

The amazing service is followed along with a great cup of coffee and if you're hungry totally recommend their Belgium waffle served with fruit of your choice and you need to ask for their house made whip cream. I always start my Saturday by coming here to see the wonderful smiles by the owners.

Everything was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed my apple turnover and affogato. My husband also loved his drink and muffin. Great artwork and staff was very kind.

I stopped in for a cafe au lait and a pastry. I asked the lady if it was too early in the morning for a spicy beef pattie, to which she replied “no!”

I was not disappointed. Delicious. Will visit again!

Wonderful inviting space that showcases the diversity of Winston Salem through the spirit of coffee, food, art and great conversation! Staff is warm and knowledgeable of their goods which is a plus in my book.

Maybe it was a fluke on the day I went in but this place was a mess. The staff was openly arguing over orders and several mistakes were made. The place looks like they are still moving in. The Twin City Hive used to be my favorite spot, I’m sad that ByGood hasn’t kept up with it. Hopefully it will turn around! The chai I got was good :)

ByGoods freshly roasted coffee is easily the best in town. The extensive menu includes something for everyone (coffee, tea and smoothies.) I can promise that you will not find a better cafe nearby! Aside from its delicious lattes and waffles(my favorites), ByGood has become a second home to me and my entire family. Mornings with Abby and Darrel are an important part of our weekend routine. Without fail we leave ByGood with warm hearts and warm bellies.
