The boba tea factory

The absolute best, authentic boba tea in town. This place changes out their boba and brewed tea every 4-6 hours just to keep everything fresh during the day and it shows in the quality of the drinks. If you want the best experience, don't get delivery and go in-person as it's way, WAY better fresh. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I came in 10 before closing time and the lady was very nice. The boba is AMAZING. Highly recommend. Will be coming back

Omg I just went here and the best boba I’ve ever gotten!! Their bubbles are smaller and it gives so much more taste and bank for your buck without asking for extra boba. I used to only go to Tap Tea but I think this place is better so much more reasonably priced and definitely my new favorite

Such a sweet and cute little place! The woman who runs it was so sweet and attentive. I’ve been looking for an authentic boba place in the Wilmington area for a long time and this place hits the spot! Would highly recommend <3
