Looking for tons of coffee flavors, breakfast and merch? This busy but quaint coffee shop has it all. Rocky road iced coffee was my fave all week.
They even sell affordable and delicious cakes for birthdays or dessert (I highly recommend the raspberry, lemon or snickerdoodle small cakes).
Plus, it's attached to a wine bar where there is plenty of outdoor seating with live music most days.
Excellent customer service. Jeremy is the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction. đź‘Ś
Even gave us pup cups for the road!

Big coffee menu & lots of ice cream options. Coffee tasted delicious. Cute little spot and have puppachinos for dogs!

ASHLEY is an Angel Barista. She actually reads my mind in add to putting me in my place lol. All the girls are very helpful and pleasant to be around. The large variety of espresso drinks keeps me pumped. The atmosphere is very nice. Thank you so much Ashley for all the dedication you show in your work.

Daily Grind is a great relaxing coffee shop on the beach with great outside dining and music. Karina just served us today with a pleasant attitude and friendly imposition. Great time again! Stop by and get some wine at inWINEd as well.

This is the best place in surf city to get coffee! Today I had to wait an unusually long amount of time and customers who ordered after me received their drinks before me. The issue was addressed and I was offered a gift card for the mix up!

We have been customers of the Daily Grind since they first opened their doors in Surf City maybe 6 or 7 years ago. We had an instant "Ohio" connection and now The "Daily" Grind is part of our "daily" routine when we are enjoying our annual beach vacation. Now we even order coffee expressed shipped back to Ohio so we can experience a bit of the beach up north. The coffee, food, wine, gifts and apparel are top notch!

Love this place! The coffees are excellent and so are the donuts! Love the maple bacon donuts! We have always gotten ours to go, but there is great seating inside and out, and be sure to check out the stunning artwork for sale inside!

Never been here before, was in the area for an ever my and decided to get coffee with my boyfriend. Went in, ordered and there was a bit of a mixup in how we could order but we figured it out and ordered a Hot Creme Brulee Latte and a Hot Chai funky monkey.
The creme brulee was okay, the funky monkey was delicious.
The only reason for my low review is because the barista with the black hair had a bad attitude with me because it was the wrong name so i didn’t think it was mine, it also didn’t say funky monkey so i asked to confirm because i know when we were ordering it was a bit confusing. Well the barista caught a bad attitude with me and went to the back to run her mouth. I work in customer service and i feel her attitude was uncalled for and out of line.

The atmosphere was great, live music, super chill. . .we purchased 3 sandwiches they were great but pretty expensive thus 4 vs 5 stars.
I live here and would be a repeat customer but sadly not with the prices. If your visiting, and at the beach I'd highly recommend it based on quality of the food, hhe service and atmosphere.

Edit: $14 is too much for a coffee and croissant sandwich of this quality. The coffee was very weak and the sandwich reminded me of McDonald’s, but with less flavor. Seasoning can fix your food. Quality beans and knowledgeable baristas can fix your coffee. It seems as though they put more effort into selling shirts and souvenirs than they do making coffee and food.
Just another tourist trap.
