Diver Surfside Cafe

Happened to be in Surf City and popped into this place for a quick breakfast. So glad I did — had an awesome egg/bacon/avocado breakfast sandwich to go with a cappuccino. Gotta say, that sandwich stayed on my mind for a while! Need to get back to satisfy the craving. Didn't get to stay long, but it had a cool vibe, and the deck they're building on the second floor should be a great scene when it opens.

Sooo cute!! What a hidden gem in Surf City. So close to the water with beautiful views, modern aesthetic that still has coastal charm and a really nice staff. Also, they have gluten free options on their menu and oat milk! Really exciting. The chair latte and grits I ordered were super delicious, I will definitely be back!

No lie, this is the best chicken salad sandwich I’ve ever had. Super super yummy. The staff is also always really kind and welcoming. Love this place! Best views and coffee around for sure

We had breakfast (breakfast burrito, yogurt bowl, and breakfast croissant - not pictured a blueberry muffin) and caramel lattes here. The food and lattes were excellent! I definitely recommend local dining while here on Topsail Island!

Very pleased with the food, atmosphere, and service!! Got a breakfast sandwich(would have ordered without aoili) but still really good! I chose this place after trying The Daily Grind which had terrible customer service!

Really good (*Fresh*)cold press juice with a generous portion size. I ordered their no.2 juice and it was soo good! The inside of this place is cute with a great vibe. I'll definitely be back, highly recommended.

I went for breakfast 12/19/2022. I asked if I could dine in and they said yes. They asked me to place my order and pay and they would give me a number to take to my table and they would bring the food to me. I did, and then found there was no open seating available. People were seated at the limited table/counter space working on their computers and reading or talking after eating, but there were no open tables for me. Their only remedy was to box it for me to go, which is not what I wanted. So I ended up eating in my car with outside temperature in the low 40s. And the breakfast sandwich by then was cold.

One of our favorite places!! Best coffee anywhere around! No other coffee shop comes close. We love everything we have everything we’ve ever tried…the acai bowl, half twist smoothie, chicken salad, brownie, fresh juice. It’s all good! We have been going since they initially opened. Matt and Emily take pride in the place. It’s always clean, they are friendly, and have a good staff. It’s a must try!
