Frankie's Southern Grinds

As soon as I had my first coffee from Frankie's I knew it was my favorite coffee shop in the area. Frankie and Rosie are great people and it's always refreshing going in and speaking with them. I've tried a few different drinks but my all time favorite is the racehorse. My girlfriend absolutely loves the cappuccino. Either of those drinks along with any others on the menu come highly recommended.

I just moved up from FL & have only been in 4 times since I've moved here. Since visit 1 I felt like a regular. The atmosphere, owner and employees make you feel like you're at home. I enjoy hearing Frankie call everyone he knows be name & today I got to witness him taking the time to play chess with a regular. I've never witnessed an owner go above and beyond for his customers. Even when he doesn't know you, you feel like he does by how he communicates with you. I'm so glad to have found this little slice of heaven. I will definitely return and spread the word about this place. Thanks, Frankie, Rosie & Pedro for opening such a great place!

Amazing atmosphere!!! And literally the best coffee ever. I was blown away with the salted caramel latte, it was extremely good. I’m totally going to be a regular here!

Great coffee, great atmosphere, amazing folks. Walked into this mom and pop coffee and left with 3 new friends. Enjoy a cup and a good book inside or on the front porch. Everyone is really friendly. One of my favorites in SP.

Coming here is like coming to have a cup of coffee with your favorite aunt and uncle.. they treat you like family and are gracious and knowledgable! My favorite place to have a cup of tea or coffee and study. Lots of places to sit - the porch, the main area, and the quiet back room. Lovely local gem - do not miss out.

Very friendly staff, and very good coffee. I personally found it better than starbucks, and didn't have to worry about it being over crowded.

Many GREAT flavored coffees to choose from, GREAT friendly local owners, and a GREAT place to play chess, read, write, wifi, bring your dog, and meet interesting people of all ages. Need a nice nibble, they have fresh daily chicken or tuna salad sandwiches, and more! What are you waiting for?! GO!

I stop at Frankie's every weekend I work. Their specialty drinks are to die for. Try the snickers, tan on the beach or any of their drinks you love it!
