Jitterbugz Cafe and Beanery

We really Love Jitterbug! The staff is excellent, the drinks are divine, and the shop is really cute! I recommend the Spiced Chai Tea Latte. It's my favorite I get one almost every day!

My favorite local coffee shop! Love their cold brew espresso and the indefinite coffee flavor options. Kids love their ice cream too

This place is amazing! The man behind the counter is always super friendly and it’s like one big family. There’s always drinks to try out and they all have their own uniqueness. Highly recommended.

This place. Never again. My sister and I used to go in often a few years back.... I dont know what's changed but I find myself going less and less. I will no longer go. I wanted a simple hot cup of coffee. Not only did they not have enough brewed and said it would only take a couple of minutes, and 10 minutes later it finished. Good thing I was in no rush. They filled my cup to the very top leaving me no room for sugar and creamer and didnt bother asking. I asked them to pour some out so that i could add in my creamer and sugar (had to bring my own creamer as they dont bother having flavored creamer) and he poured out coffee and added half and half to my cup. I'm not a complainer so I just dealt with it. However, the woman working the register was completely rude. She continually glanced at us and would start laughing with the man and woman sitting at the counter and you could tell she was trying to keep a straight face and not be obvious which made it more obvious. I also had my 11 month old with us and they never once mentioned toys there (it's been awhile since I have been) but yet a customer told us as we were getting ready to leave. These people are rude and not friendly and I will spend my money at Dunkin donuts or cactus creek from here in out. Tired of giving jitterbugz chances to have decent customer service and beverages.

Ordered a cappuccino medium size for $4.50.
Received the correct size cup that I ordered not even half full with cappuccino.

What’s the point in giving me a medium size cup and charging me for a medium if you’re not even going to put enough cappuccino in there to fill a small cup 🤷🏼‍♂️

Usually pretty good. Today it wasn't. Ordered a traditional cappachino with coconut milk. And received a full cup of coffee with coconut milk in it. It was not a cappachino. There was no foam. If the drink can't be made properly don't sell it. I paid $6 for this drink small cappachino was (rounding) roughly $4 and to add coconut milk it was $5 and a $1 tip which I now regret. I didn't even drink it because it tasted like old coffee water. Wish I would have noticed before I drove home. I was truly let down and will probably never come here again. The reason I gave two stars instead of one was for the staff as they were kind, but I didn't pay $6 for a conversation.

Great coffee and amazing service! Best coffee shop close to Fort Bragg!!! If you're new to town, don't even bother wasting time going to the other coffee shops in the imediate area.

Cute Cafe located near Carolina Lakes. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious. The muffins are moist and go perfectly with coffee. :)
