Had a great experience. Customer service was excellent!

We stopped in on a drive from Georgia to Virginia. My husband got a great recommendation for something off the menu and thought it was delicious. It's the perfect place to stop for a quick bite. We had speedy, friendly service. We will remember this place for the next time we drive through.

Not usually taken back but took my daughter here for ice cream. Must say that the cups need to be ordered for the sizes. Essentially paid $20 for two things of ice cream. With having to compromise on what you want with the tray it’s impossible to know until it’s to late.

Large selection of burgers and hoagies. Fresh made to order meats and breads. Food and staff were Amazing. Great milkshakes and fresh baked cookies!

We were visiting from out of town for a sports tournament and stopped here one day for lunch. The food was fast and delicious, and the service was incredible! We will be back in town in a few months and will definitely be coming here again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Lady charged me $6 for a scoop of ice cream that cost $5 a pint. She couldn't even fill the cone. This places ice cream is subpar. Highway robbery

Sub was AMAZING and large! The sub I got feed my whole family. Definitely will be going back. Staff super friendly.

They have the best turkey burger in town! Thick and juicy! They aren't afraid to pile your burger high! Their french fries are amazing. And they have a very friendly staff! It's pretty rad, and the prices are great!

Nice place to get a quick lunch during the week. I'm not sure if they ever get busy, it's very empty during weekdays at lunch. Every time I go here the staff is very nice and the food arrives quickly. If you are short on time or the line is too long at the dive through, I'd suggest the Pitstop for a quick meal and attentive service.

Marissa Mackenzie must have been in the wrong establishment because I have been to this place countless times and the customer service has always been great! The food off of the grill is always delicious (especially the cheesesteaks and California chicken wraps). The owner's name is Linda and she is always very nice and welcoming along with the rest of the staff. This is the only place of its kind in Rocky Mount and it is a great "pit stop" for anyone who needs their ice cream, smoothie, or coffee fix.
