Got our free "Hot Ones" donut because we have gotten our Covid Vaccine shots and topped them off with six more. Can't beat "Hot Ones"! Crazy long line in drive thru.

We were at the order speaker and we told her what we wanted and she cut us off and said our price. We told her we weren’t done ordering and she never answered even though you could still hear background noise. We got to the window and told her what had happened and she said “oh okay that will be 2.82”. We pulled away after that and said we were going to cancel our order. We went to Dunkin’ Donuts after that.

Here for kids day event. My kids and myself enjoyed it. Ty Krispy Kreme.

The reason we pull up to window and they said they was putting icing on donuts but from our opinion they head to change from making something else we saw pans of cream puff being put on a big tray so we waited for about 20 mins til 30 if we hadn't paid we would have left and didn't even say sorry for your long wait they should have given them to us free very dissatisfied

I love going here to get fresh donuts! They have the best donuts in my opinion. So good!

This Krispy Kreme is wonderful. Quick service everytime. Only a single time have I gone where they did no have hot and fresh glazed donuts. The associate at the time was happy to let me have a box of glazed (non filled) donuts which they were currently making. Now I order them everytime!

If you want to be ignored and then mocked by new staff this is place to go. Used to come here two to three times a week before road works. Really nice staff. Today I stood in line 20mins. Which is ok, it was busy. I get to front and they serve person behind me and then behind him. When finally realize I’m there I ask for a donut to which I’m mocked by the fact I am full of cold and hard to understand. Asking me repeat 5 times and then telling me they don’t have what I want. Note up until they asked me for my order I have yet to speak. Not entirely sure what I did wrong. But Krispy Kreme you just lost my business of 6 years

Donuts are good when ur order is right. The app says skip the line and order pay and pick up inside but u should just order in store because u will have to wait for everyone picking out what they want an pay instore then the staff will help u; otherwise the staff won't look at u or help u even when u r saying under the ordered online pick up here sign. What's the app good for then.

I ordered a BESWEET. It was supposed to be a dozen plus a BESWEET for $1. They only gave my son a dozen and not the special. He went right back but they had just closed. I didn't pay almost $13 for a dozen of glazed donuts
