Have been a customer here for years and have never been treated so rudely. Came in and ordered multiple pastries and scones as well as coffees. We decided to order biscuits after being told they would take 5 minutes to prepare. Normally it wouldn’t matter, but we were in a time crunch. After 20 minutes we politely asked how much longer. At that point she greeted us with attitude and went as far as to say “feel free to never come back.”She was rude and belittling to her coworker as well. Felt so bad for the guy working the register. This was one of our favorite local spots for years. Sad to say we will no longer be supporting Lucky Tree. We all have bad days, but it is never okay to direct that at a customer.

Wonderful seating! Extraordinary comfortable style. Strong and reliable Wifi access!

They have a gift shop in the front that sells crystal jewelry along with other handmade items.

They have cute and healthy cookies and treats that you can enjoy along with their wide selection of coffee and teas.

They have board games and books scattered about the place, so it’s welcomed to invite friends here.

Also, it’s a charming environment to study in.

Cute eclectic cafe right across from Meredith College. Offers up your usual espresso/tea fare with some fun flavor options and a nice selection wheat free (and sometimes vegan) treats. This was a great find!

I've been to a bunch of different coffee shops in Raleigh but I always end up back at Lucky Tree. This place screams "LOCAL!". Their coffees, teas, and baked goods are always delicious. They have lots of vegan options and you could spend at least an hour just walking around looking at all the local art, jewelry and other products artists make! Great place, great staff, totally worth the trip.

Lucky tree is arguably one of the unique coffee shops in Raleigh. The design inside is different in a very good way. It’s a great place to drink some good coffee and get some work done. The menu options are all good. Most importantly the staff are great and very respectful. Again, it’s a unique spot that you should try if you’re in the area.

The environment is so unique but the coffee is pretty standard. However they have a ton of vegan options
