I found this place by searching for local coffee shops in the area and wanted to try it after seeing the unique menu items. My boyfriend and I tried the iced latte, iced oatchata macchiato, and the mini pancakes. I can’t add much of a comment on customer service because I ordered ahead both times, but the employees were nice! I’ve been twice now and I’m happy with both experiences.

The lady at the front counter was very patient with me.The churros were delicious and fresh. You have to try their horchata flavored iced macchiato i was not dissapointed.

Stopped in on our way back from the zoo. We live on the inner banks. 1000/1000 great service, great food, drinks were really good as well. Wish they were closer to home for sure!

Really nice little coffee shop with horchata, sweets, and a variety of latinx baked goods. I've come here a few more times now, and I'm really happy to have a neighborhood coffeeshop nearby, but I do also have just a few small complaints.
First, the interior is pretty...spare. The contemporary minimalistic aesthetic just feels a bit too spartan and cold to me, as compared to the warm, vibrant, chaotic vibe of coffeeshops that have a lot of local art on the walls, host events, and have lots of little tables with lots of people sitting around and hanging out. The coldness is exaggerated by the fact that people mostly seem to pass through, and there often aren't many people hanging out here, if any.
This might have to do with my second complaint - the surrounding outdoor area. I love the diversity of the area and all the nice local, often immigrant-run businesses, but the shopping center is very suburban and car-oriented, and on two big car-oriented roads, so the outdoor area surrounding isn't very cozy and there isn't much people-watching. There's not much the owners of the business can do about this, though they could possibly work with other business owners in the shopping center and talk to the owners, but adding some outdoor seating right in front might help, maybe some potted plants.
Third, the sweets and baked goods are nice, but there isn't really anything in the way of filling or savory food. A sandwich or tacos or something would be nice!

If i could give this no stars i would. Came here about 2 months ago never going back. I saw the reviews and lots of people talking about how good everything was, so I decided to drive to Raleigh and go to this place. Was very disappointed, the staff kept flirting with each other, didn't pay attention to the people coming in. Something that made me very mad was that they handle cash and credit cards and then went right away and touch the food didn't even wash their hands when they have a sink there and no one used it. This one young lady grabbed the receipt from the trash and then continued touching food. After that me and my family walked out.

To start they didn’t have what I first wanted or much of anything. I asked for a large water and it’s mostly the same as a small. The sizes are way out of proportion. The music was too loud and couldn’t really here me order. It also could of been a little cleaner. Not a good experience after a long drive to try this place.
