This is an awesome establishment. I recently caught a (free!) concert here and was pleasantly surprised to find a quality roaster here in the heart of Wilkes. It looks like a shop you'd find in the big city but don't let that fool you, the staff and roasters are really cool people

This place is totally rad! I love going in an asking for Barista's choice and then being blown away by the awesomeness that is delivered! Always great music and great conversation to be had in addition to the top notch coffee and beer offerings. Our community is truly lucky to have this place!

First visit was cool. I liked the styling and atmosphere. There was only one lady working, but she didn't seem to have any problems keeping up. My wife got a mocha blah hot blah, blah with extra sugar. Even though I say "it's just coffee", it was a-friggin-mazing. I thought we needed a Starbucks here, but with Talia's and Anchor, screw that other place!

Love the people working here, ambience, and drink selections. I also appreciate their genre diversity when booking concerts.

It was wonderful to go into such a pleasant welcoming environment. Shelly was our barista and shared a little about tje business and the local bakery that supplies the donuts 🍩. Yummy! We will definitely be returning!

Best tasting expresso!!! The others here in Wilkes don’t compare!!!! I prefer an iced latte with a small amount of sweetness and they make it perfect every time without charging me an outrageous price like another local place I’ve tried! They also have a drive up window If your not able to go inside. Try it you’ll love it! ♥️

Great place to stop in for an excellent cup of coffee and a snack or two.

This place is great! I stopped in and got a cremebrulatte and it was one of the best lattes I have ever gotten- even with skim milk. Lots of space inside and a lot of options for drinks. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area or just passing through.

The best coffee in the area! Anchor Coffee is a small, quaint and friendly place where they serve, roast, and sell their own branded coffee. The staff is very nice here. If you buy a pack of their whole bean coffee, they will grind it for you in the shop for free. The coffee itself has a unique, fresh flavor. I recommend the Brazilian roast.

Having known the owner for a very long time, never have I been so put off by a local business. Very cliquish and exclusive environment that only appeals to a certain group of people. Not a place to go if you’re looking for genuine people. Prices are outrageous, the product isn’t as great as the homemade label suggests. Very overrated. I had been ignored by the staff when they first opened and experienced public harassment for leaving a bad review by the staff and their clique.
