Waveriders Coffee & Deli

We all loved this place. Best gluten free breakfast I've ever had. The bagel thin actually didn't taste like rubber and it didn't fall apart when I was eating. Smoothie was expensive but delicious. The environment was really homey and welcoming. Also they have a great variety of fun and unique snacks you can buy and take home that align with various diet restrictions. The only thing is the ordering system is a little slow. It wasn't because the person was slow it's because they have such a huge volume of customers. They could really use an extra person at the counter. Use the online system so you don't have to wait in line.

Although we arrived and there was a decent line ahead of us, the service was quick to help speed up the wait time and get us our food and drinks quickly.

I tried the Walkover breakfast sandwich and enjoyed it. We also tried a few different lattes and also enjoyed them. The lattes here do have a stronger coffee taste, so if you don't like that flavoring, you may want to stick to a smoothie or a juice from the fridge.

The overall experience was enjoyable and I look forward to returning on our next visit to the Outer Banks.

This is one of our favorite breakfast places in the OBX! We love how nice the interior is and how great all the servers are. Everyone is so friendly. We started with a Hot Chocolate, a White Mocha Latte and an Iced Tea. All of those drinks were spot on! For food we went with The Hank, The Eddie V and a Chocolate Muffin. We loved our food and look forward to many more visits!

Such a cute place!! I got the Tree Hugger and an iced PB Banana latte and my boyfriend got The Bud—-all of which was so yummy! I love the decor and vibe of this place, super chill and fun! They have draft handles as lights, funny signs, and so many places to sit and get work done or hang and drink coffee or beer with someone!

Waveriders is such a great brunch stop! I went with my family for the first time today. The cafe is cozy, yet spacious. The food and drinks and delicious and very reasonably priced. They also have many vegan and vegetarian options, which was perfect for my group. If you’re in or near Nags Head, I cannot recommend Waveriders enough.

Stopped by Monday heading back home from Manteo - this coffeeshop is awesome. Tasty Reuben with Corned beef, swiss & kraut panini pressed on Rye bread and topped with 1000 island dressing. Their meaty Club sandwich was delicious. Try any of the Specialty Lattes...you can't go wrong! Service was super friendly & quick with all types of seating!

A very groovy place! Coffee, brews, wine, sandwiches and more… also a store to buy your favorite drinks and bottles.

Easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking in the plaza and out front!

Delicious breakfast sandwiches & coffee! My husband got the Hank and I got the Sunrise with ham. Both extremely delicious! We also got the cold brew coffee and it was so good! *chef’s kiss* I loved the outdoor seating area (which is where we sat). They do have some tables in the shade on the side of the building if you prefer that. I have a feeling we’ll be going back before we go home. ♥️

Highly recommend! The coffee was the best of obx. The food was on point (we had sandwiches) and it was all so good and fast we ended up ordering a smoothie after we finished our meal. This place is a real gem in the obx! Will be back again for sure!

Cool spot but looked like it was more of a place to grab craft beer and wine than food. Sandwiches were ok but pretty pricey.We got 3 with no drinks no sides no chips and it was over $30. I would say just go here to grab a drink vs food.
