Just no. They shame the Quickly boba name. Boba was overcooked and they don't keep their teas turning like the other quickly locations. So it tastes like it's been sitting. The taro is waaaaay too sweet. The sizes are sad at best. A small at this location is very small a large is a medium and they only offer the two sizes. This location isn't very large but it was very disappointing. I would go back again because I didn't bother to eat anything there after being so disappointed with the boba. Not very enthusiastic employees either.
It really is very disappointing after having Quickly boba in both California and Florida and having no issue with quality. Lots of people say this will be the best boba in North Carolina...if it is...looks like I'm not getting boba in North Carolina. 😅

Boba was delicious. Tried honeydew, lychee, and coffee milk teas as well as blueberry snow. Fantastic. The real standout, surprisingly, was the popcorn chicken. It is amazing.

Went into the store with my mom and younger sister. My sister and I didn’t like our drink so we asked if we can trade it out for a different one. (On their website it says they would GLADLY do it). The male working at the register answered with “why” and an attitude following it. They should update their website and provide correct information. Staff was rude and i don’t plan on coming back.

If i could be a member i would. I come here on my break just about every other day. I love the many many options they have! I have an option to go to a competing business but i go out the way to come here. The people are super friendly and courteous i recommended this place to some co workers and they loved it!!!! The atmosphere in this place is calming. They also offer food like the popcorn chicken, dumplings and shumai (if you like dumpligs) are really good! This place deserves 10 stars

The bubble tea was just what I was hoping for, but with much much more options than I had expected! I am happy if the drink isn't overly sweet, there's boba (tapioca balls), aloe, and either taro milk tea or green tea. So boba will filling? Outrageous! That sounds so fun. Balls of jelly that burst in your mouth? Also quite fun. They had a nutella tea flavor! I'm not sure where the 'tea' comes from, but I tried some of my friends and it was satisfying. But, being a creature of habit I stuck with my normal; what I was craving when I walked in. I've come to accept that this type of tea with the machine that mixes your concoction of choice and slaps a plastic seal on top uses not the healthiest of ingredients. Altho they taste good, I believe all their 'milk' is milk alternative (powdered I dont know what) and there are food colorings galore. I don't know the exact ingredients, but I would give 5 stars if they could find packets/powders/you name it with all natural ingredients (if anyone knows of a place, ummm do tell!!). That being said, the tea I ordered was really tasty and what I was hoping for.

The service was quick. As others had mentioned, be aware: a $10 minimum applies for using card. Bring cash if not! There are ways to avoid this, as they have some food options as well. I tried the popcorn chicken, fried tofu, and fried pork. Be aware- the foods are all quite quite greasy. I'm not used to that kind of food and although tasty, my stomach was not happy otherwise.

Overall, I had a satisfactory experience and got what I wanted at this place! It is quite the experience and I would recommend it for a treat. Now to go back and try a different crazy concoction...

Planned a trip here after seeing a friend post her bubble tea on Facebook. The takoyaki and fried calamari were some of the best we'd ever had and my husband adores the hot tea eggs.
The drink menu was huge and customizible to include bubble, bobba, jellies and even your sweetness/ice levels. Perfect on a hot day!
10/10 will go again.

Love this place, hey have an awesome variety of bubble tea, the food is also pretty good. I've only had one disappointing drink from them and I think that was mostly because the person was in training and just put a bit too much ice in it.

We lived in Japan for three years and loved Quickly's! This is the most authentic Milk Tea you will find in the U.S. We have tried many different stores and chains, nothing compares to Quickly's. The other stores which sell 'boba tea' are all way too sweet and not authentic!
