I stumbled into Little Guatemala excited to see a new coffee shop in the area. The aesthetics are warm and inviting with plenty of room to sit with well-thought-out arrangements. There are lounge areas, a bar, and tables for those working remote.

This place is huge and the people are genuine, serving each cup of reasonably priced coffee with their whole hearts. You can tell they're invested and not just college kids hired to staff the place.

I only visited for a short while but can tell there is a story here, and the staff are proud of their culture and what they bring to the Morganton area... Rightfully so. :)

My only complaints are there could have been some music to play softly in the background and I wish more people were frequenting this place. <-- This is why I'm leaving a review.

Keep up the great work Little Guatemala team. Glad you've decided to open and well done on the space, food, and drinks! đź‘Ź

Beautiful place...yummy desserts. Looks like it would be a cool place to hang out. Cold brew was good but the iced coffee was not good, thought it was on the weak side. Didn't taste the caramel until the very end. Kids liked their Chai teas but they said they've had better. Prices fair & staff were friendly. Overall, we would go here again, but they could make some improvements

Some of the very best food I've had in Morganton. Simply divine. Plus, I deeply appreciate the communitarian vision Christian has for Little Guatemala. He's doing great work with LG.

If you can, try their 90’s-inspired imperial stout aged on cacao nibs and coffee beans—brewed in partnership with Fonta Flora Brewery.

As a community hub for several enterprises (restaurant, catering, chocolate, crafted goods, soccer league, and more), there's something for everyone at Little Guatemala.

Excellent coffee, food and soccer program! This is one of the best hidden gems in Morganton North Carolina. Do not hesitate to have your children learn a foundational soccer skills here!

This place embodies what our communities need. This is not just a business. Little Guatemala represents so many things: culture education, community, personal determination through incredible work ethic. Not to mention a great cup of coffee. I highly recommend going by for some coffee and learning about their story.

Great coffee and atmosphere. People are very friendly and welcoming.
Bought a bag of medium roasted beans for home brewing and can say it's outstanding.

The coffee that I tasted was unlike any coffee I have ever tasted I consider myself a coffee expert there are coffee beans are important from Guatemala I don't know how or what level they roast their beans and then we're grinding but that was the best coffee I had ever had

A bridge to Guatemalan culture. Provides incredible coffee and unique pastry in the morning and a 15-team indoor soccer league takes over in the late afternoons. Artistic decor and some Guatemalan crafts for sale. There are plans to expand the kitchen options soon. Christian is a friendly host who will gladly answer questions. A community gem.

Owner, Christian, was kind and helpful. We bought gorgeous handmade items from Guatemala, fresh scones and fresh ground coffee. It's a very nicely decorated coffee shop. When in Morganton, we will stop again.
