Great coffee and pastries, enjoy watching them roast the beans in house. Creative specialty drinks as well!

This place is so amazing if your looking for that unique coffee experience! The aroma and flavor will keep me coming back every time I’m in town.

Great atmosphere and of course, fantastic coffee! Came for a latte and ended up with a lemon tart square that reminded me of my favorite bakery in Providence. Barista (sadly didn't ask her name) was great and a sweetie. Made a dragon or a snake in a basket in my cup!

Their espresso blend (with a 25% of Colombian Arabica Coffee) had citric and nutty notes, it had a golden-brown crema, rich in flavors and as it cools down it tend to make the sweetness fluctuate through your tongue. After that, I tried their ColdBrew, that had sweet caramel notes and a very mellow body and soft taste. It was a nice time thus the baristas and roasters were very friendly. Looking forward to see y’all again! Thanks for the experience!

Great coffee and very polite and helpful barista. For someone who usually drinks regular, but very strong coffee, it was easy to decide what I wanted with him explaining what everything was and letting me try a couple new drinks.
Indeed, badass coffee!

Great coffee!
However the customer service is beyond lacking. The guy who took our orders had zero customer service, and did not greet us. Read the menu and quickly said 'I would like a Nitro please' and was met with the response 'Its not ready'.....then I asked when will it be ready....the response was '24hrs'. Nothing more. A nicer tone and actual customer service will go a long way, so the customer doesn't have to direct the entire conversation.
At the end of the ordering he made my group and I feel like we were a inconvenience for asking menu questions (first time here) and ordering

Visited for the first but not the last time in August 2022. I have been on the search for a great coffee shop for working and this is it! I got a latte and it was perfect. There are a varity of tables, counter work spaces, and couches. I loved having the option for a standing work space. The wi-fi is strong and even works at the outside tables. My only downside was the outside tables could be more comfortable.

Urban Grind Roasters has a wonderful environment. Rustic, with nice lighting, temperature, and music that isn't too loud. You can easily put your headphones in and be in your own flow and work! Haven't been there during "peak" hours but it's very spacious with plenty of tables.
Highly recommend!
Only thing I'd say is that your voice carries very well in the building so it's something to be mindful of when you're having your coffee date

Great coffee shop! Chai was flavorful and not too sweet. Staff were incredibly friendly. It was great to have a relaxing place to enjoy a cuppa and watch the coffee beans get weighed and roasted. The smell was amazing. Highly recommended
