Defined Coffee

The downtown Mooresville area is home to several coffee shops, but Defined Coffee is a gorgeous place to chat with friends or get some work done. The staff is always friendly, and the drinks are delicious. Depending on the day and time, parking could be better, but overall, I highly recommend stopping by and checking out everything else in that area.

Delicious expresso drinks! Tried both the iced caramel and vanilla lattes, and both were smooth and tasty. Friendly customer service and inviting café space!

I came in and got the gingerbread latte. It was absolutely brilliant. The two people working were super helpful / friendly on helping what I should choose. Would highly recommend them for your morning coffee!

What a cute place. The space is open and relaxing with still plenty of places to sit and have some privacy. Coffee was phenomenal. I got an almond milk cappuccino and it was sooo good. Stop by if you can!

Love this place but honestly how do you open at noon some days? By then I’m wide awake and no longer need the coffee… delicious drinks, cool atmosphere too- so long as you’re willing to wait half the day for them to open

Love this place and their love of coffee shines! Beautifully decorated, family friendly and willing to help someone with decidaphobia pick from their seasonal coffees…and I’ve love every one. Their pumpkin flavor is my favorite right now.

This is the best coffee I have ever had it’s amazing I have signed up for the subscription so I can always have fresh coffee that is well roasted

Well, the muffins are delicious, but the drinks are super expensive, and the chai was literally weak tea water with frothed milk on top.
Me personally, a full bodied, well mixed and more nuanced chai is what I consider to be good, but to each their own I suppose.
The interior is well decorated, soft modern music, and overall is a pleasant cafe, if you live off a trust and enjoy talking about veganism, Black Lives Matter, and how much you hate capitalism, while wearing a Northface jacket.
3 stars because the staff does genuinely want to be good at what they do, but they scowl if you ask for whole milk.

I have checked out this cafe twice and while it’s a bit pricey I think it’s all worth it. It’s a bit loud at times but I’m still able to focus and get work done which is the main goal. Thanks for the great customer service!!
