The Factory Coffee House

Absolutely love it here. The first time going here was a bit overwhelming, but I got over it each visit I made. The iced and hot coffee’s were very well made, I have yet to try each one but the ones I have gotten so far have not disappointed me so far, this applies to the sandwiches as well. I’ve recommended and even brought my friends to this place and they too liked it here! I’ve even dinned in! Of course there is a flaw I will mention, the place could be cleaner, I went over to the bathroom once and there was a dead roach on the floor. The rest of the place is clean of course, but hopefully this doesn’t mean they don’t pay attention to their bathrooms, bathrooms should still be as clean as the rest of the place. Other than that, I do suggest going here, their prices are great, amazing environment, good food and good employees!

I ordered the Cliff which is turkey, lettuce, and tomato on sourdough bread. It was great. The bread was delicious! It must be made locally because it was soft and fresh. I also had a coffee called a Miel. I’m not a coffee drinker because it’s bitter to me but I wanted to try something new. I really like this drink. It wasn’t bitter. The cinnamon and honey work great with the espresso.

Solid coffee shop, everything was good. The girl working there was super friendly and helpful with everything.

The avocado toast was really good with the feta cheese and sticky balsamic vinegarette.

The Mocha Ice coffee (i never order this) was about what you would expect. But you can tell this place does really good hot coffees, cuppichinos, espressos ect... they even have sweet cream foam.

Great little coffee shop in Mocksville, NC!!! I had French toast and my friend had the avocado toast... both were yummy!! Quiet and not rushed at all!! We sat, ate and just relaxed!! Cute little shop! A must see to stop in and just relax!!

Beautiful spot and amazing food. The eating area is very spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Great place to hang out or get work done. The prices are also not too much. I had gotten a coffee and bagel sandwich for under $8 and it was so good.

They were very timely with getting our food out and this is from a group of 8 people on a Friday morning. Well done👏

Great food and coffee, but the girls who work here are very moody. They never smile and have made passive-agressive comments to me after I ordered. Also it takes about 20 minutes sometimes to get your food- even when there is seemingly no one else in the shop. The coffee is fantastic, but I do dread placing an order here because of the bad attitudes, rare for a small town coffee shop. Hopefully they will read this review and take it to heart.

Great cafe in a super cute town. Sandwiches are fresh and literally feel like they were made with love. Latte and a Matcha tied everything together. They have a really relaxing atmosphere and all kinds of different seating options and nooks. Definitely have to check them out!!

I've never had espresso this fine in a small American town. You'd be fortunate to find espresso this high-quality in a small Italian town. We recommend this place highly.

Decided to give this place another try and I am so glad I did! Customer service was exquisite! I and others were greeted at the door immediately. They were busy but we're able to get to orders and get orders out accordingly. Everything came out great! Really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back!
