Lovely coffee shop on the bypass in Marshall. Fun t-shirts, postcards, pins, and local goods. Good coffee variety and delicious breakfast. Ordered the spinach feta mozzarella croissant and a honey lavender latte. Staff was lovely, food was fresh and hot and tasted delish. Can’t wait to come back!

This is the best little coffee place I have ever been to. I highly reccomend it if your in the area. I loved their medium roast coffee with just a pump of lavender and cream. My new favorite. The food is amazing. We were in town on a weekend getaway and highland station was so good we came back several times. I wish I lived close enough to grab breakfast from here on the regular.

Great coffee and down to earth folks. I really appreciate their commitment to support local. Seasonally they have a farm stand open next door with fresh veggies and responsibly harvested meat. The coffee is really good, the specials are very tasty and not too sweet because they use real ingredients. Cool vibe

If your driving through the bypass please stop here ! Such a great display of local support ! Very friendly local meats and fish, and quite possibly the best shot of espresso I’ve had poured for me ! (And I drink about 8 shots a day) thanks for being here guys and I will definitely be back !
And chorizo goat cheese empanadas are a must try as well.

Great coffee shop. We had empanadas (the goat cheese in one of them was an unexpected treat), brown butter chocolate chip cookies (perfectly salty), and really excellent coffee. Lovely day to sit at an outdoor table and catch up with an old friend. If you are in the area, definitely stop by.

Delicious baked treats, both sweet & savory, and beverages - coffees, teas, inventions - in an unexpected setting. Recently they added the Locust Post market next door where locally grown produce and meats, value-added products, crafts and river/camping gear (en route to great kayaking spots on the French Broad, and intersection with the AT). They even sell ethanol-free fuel in the pumps in front of the renovated gas station the cafe occupies. This is a visionary, pioneer biz in a locale that is evolving in good directions, and I'm delighted to see and support it.

This should be on a must stop list!! 1 out of 5 this place was a 12! Empanadas were the best I have had coming from Miami you can imagine we know a good empanada. You can taste the flair and love in everything we bought! The blueberry lemon zest bar was a must grab also… and than there was the coffee ( perfect) This was a highlight to our drive from hot springs! Well done guys!!
