Grounded Coffeehouse

I absolutely love Grounded Coffee House!! I go almost every day and have NEVER had an issue. The owner is so kind and always willing to do she can to obtain customer satisfaction!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

I love Grounded. coffeehouse. They serve locally ground coffee and it is superb. Service is always prompt and friendly. My daily visits are one of the highlights of my day. My girls love the frappes too!

Best coffee. Best service. Waffles are amazing!! So glad for this gem in our town.

First visit, but won't be the last! The iced vanilla chai tea was SO good!

Cute little coffee shop. Super not impressed by the barista. The shop was empty and I asked first about alternative milks to which she answered and pointed to their menu board. They do have several alternatives for an upcharge. Then I asked about the chai to see if it was vegan. Remember it is just the barista and I in the shop at this time. She acted like she couldn't be bothered and actually said I can't tell you anything about what is or isn't vegan. Now child all you have to do is look on the product or offer it to me to look at. Not friendly or helpful at all. No wonder it was empty. I really wanted to like them because I would rather support a small business rather than the big conglomerates. I will give them another chance. But at least try to act like you want to help me next time. Customer service goes a long way. I got a hazelnut latte with oat milk. I knew that was vegan. And it was good.

It's clean and quaint inside with a sign that shows they are dog friendly and a 2nd amendment sign that made me like the place even more. The barista was very friendly. I forgot to ask her to make my daughter's hot cocoa warm so she wouldn't burn her mouth, but the barista did that without me asking. My iced americano was delicious!

Bryson and Brytni are they sweetest they always have a warm greetings and remember you. They make great coffee and offer something for everyone. They also strive to meet what ever your dietary needs are. Couldnt ask for better customer service.

First visit to Grounded, really impressed ALL around...Super friendly staff, cozy & clean coffee shop and great coffee☕. I appreciate the personal feel of this unique coffee house vs the assembly line feel from the big name chains.

Stopped in for a Black Forest latte with oatmilk. Perfect flavor and temperature. Great atmosphere. Why wait in the Starbucks line when this place exists??

Love this coffee shop!! Not too close to my house but stop by when ever I'm in Lincolnton. So many great coffee, espresso, latte choices to make. Staff is very helpful and smiling.
