Hands down, the BEST and most authentic coffee shop in the Winston-Salem area. Rustic, cozy, fantastic coffee, warm and friendly staff, wonderful regular crowd, and features tons of wonderful locally made products. The owner has true pride and passion for every last detail of the business and it shows! Being from the New England area, I have greatly missed having access to Mom and Pop, unique neighborhood-style coffee shops to frequent...Starbucks and Panera are plentiful, but are NOT coffee shops. Discovering The Coffee Mill has been a welcome find!

My personal favorite coffee/tea shop in town. I absolutely love it and have been coming here for a while. The staff is super friendly and sweet and will always make sure you're happy. It's fairly popular with people who are seeking to have a place where they can do work so sometimes seating isn't readily availble (they dont have much anyway). My favorites are their chai latte and their raspberry truffle!

Great coffee selection. We had the drop coffee and the owner suggested we sample the brewed offers and select the one we wanted. All 3 were great. I chose the Jamaican flovored coffee and my wife chose the house coffee. The house coffee would he a great choice for anyday all day coffee. It is very smooth and easy to drink with little after taste. The atmosphere is fun and Andy is very pleasant and personable. I would recommend stopping in and having a coffee or trying one of their many 9ther selections.

Great place to enjoy all things that are coffee! The friendly staff will pull or pour you a fantastic shot or cup of your favorite brew. Great people, great coffee. Highly recommended.

I love the Coffee Mill. It has wonderfully friendly staff, lovely environment, and tasty coffee and treats! I used to go when I was in high school but then haven't been back in years. I went in the other day and remembered how great the place is so now it will definitely be my old/new regular spot. Also conveniently located in "downtown" Lewisville :)

Went there for the first time and gave the barista some info on what I like, they whipped me up a really delicious honey laté.
I went back the following three days and continue to return anytime I want a nice place to hang out. The front porch is especially nice.
This is also the first local place I've seen peaberry coffee for sale in years!

As another local business owner, I can tell you that this shop is not only a longtime staple of the community, the owners are amazing and run it smoothly! They truly care and listen to their customers. They support local business owners too. I appreciate the Coffee Mill for their coffee, kindness and community!

Great coffee shop run by very kind staff! Hardly ever any wait. Plenty of comfortable seating indoors and covered front porch seating as well as side patio seating. Is a weekly stop for me and the family.

This is one of the wonderful community spaces in Lewisville. In the morning, regulars and newcomers alike stop in to grab their favorite caffeine fixation, socialize, and maybe knock out a couple of emails for work.
The Coffee Mill is owned by a local, friendly family in Lewisville, and if you come in a few times, you will be on a first name basis with more than a couple of people here.
The Coffee Mill accepts all forms of payment, but my personal favorite is the gift-card option. If you fill the card up in certain, segmented amounts, you get credited for $5 or $10 additionally. There is also the "frequent flier" stamp card; be sure to start collecting your stamps today (ten drinks and the next one is free). Coffee, coffee beans, baked goodies, handmade chocolate, local crafts, and even ice-cream is available here.
I don't personally know the owners or staff here at the Mill, but it feels like I do. If you have not been to the Coffee Mill, or to the Town of Lewisville, you are missing out, and I'll vouch for all of the above.
Now if you don't mind, my coffee is getting cold...
