Coffee House Diner

Since my last review this place has really picked up. They’ve cycled through some new staff, changed their menus, and they have a new vendor for food.

Over all the experience is pretty good. Staff can be friendly, food is good, and the coffee has improved.

I usually don't have alot to say about this place been here several times, but today was a complete disappointment. Fries were not done, 2 of us got our food while the others had to wait . Then a couple who came in 20 minutes after we did got their food before any body else at our table did. Not to mention it took an hour before the food came out.

Great diner! The food was fantastic! I had a biscuit and gravy platter with two eggs and sausage for $3.99! The staff are all very friendly. The service was fast, accurate, and delicious.

Food was good, staff were great. Quiet and not too much business so food was fast.

I grew up going to the local Coffee House. We was greeted by friendly staff, most of which remembered our orders. The food is always cooked fresh, there is a wide variety of food to order. This place isn't stingy with portions and will gladly let you substitute things without a ridiculous up charge. I moved to other areas of North Carolinas and found out that other competitors are nothing like the actual Coffee House experience. I think there should be way more in North Carolina.

Always great food

I could tell there were two waitresses on duty the night I ate here. No cooks or managers. Food was absolutely horrible, probably due to the lack of a cook.
This is a management problem. It'd be a great little chill spot, so tighten up Coffee House Waffle Shop place!!

I love the Coffee House!! It's only a couple minutes away from my house, and opened 24 hours. The menu offers everything from a grilled cheese, to a steak, to the best breakfast in Caldwell County. The service is awesome, and you never feel like you're being rushed to leave, like you are in some restaurants.

Just spent about 30 mins trying to call to place an order and in all that time of calling back to back the line was busy. Come on. And this isn't the first time this has happened. left here one day while I was calling and the line was busy, before all this covid-19 stuff--way before--and there was 4 cars in the parking lot. I honestly believe they take the phone off the hook. This makes no sense for the line to be busy for almost 30 mins straight.

Straight trash bro, I want to look at that chick Rachel and just say you really messed up my order but I've had a long night at work and I just want to go home. thanks dummy
