Awesome little coffee shop. Love the atmosphere. Very comfortable. Stockton Pancake and Hug In A Cup are really good flavors. The food is great too. My son loved the brownies. Overall, great place to drop in for a coffee break.

I am here visiting my best friend and she brought me here. We have gone everyday so far during my visit and it does not disappoint. When you walk in it is so comfy and welcoming. The owners are so sweet! Once I told her I am a Boston girl and like my coffee strong, she knew exactly what to do. I will for sure visit here again and again whenever I come down to Kinston!!! I got the Iced Hug in a Cup, she made it with 4 shots espresso, a little coldbrew and just a tiny splash of cream... PERFECTION! If you want to try it, ask for it to be made "The Boston Girl" way haha

I went to Middle Grounds for the first time last week. I had the "darkside" frappe. It was amazing!! The barista was so very nice and helpful. She did not rush me and explained options. I liked the atmosphere. I was well pleased and will return soon! ❤

The coffee was great. The ambience was really nice. The staff was AMAZING ...her name is Tori and she has went out of her way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our coffee and our seats. Outstanding customer service.Thank you Tori for an outstanding experience the first trip to Kinston and it was worth it.

I love this place!!!! I love the atmosphere, music and most all the staff and drinks!!! I've tried several different hot and cold coffees and a smoothie and they are all delicious!..plus the brownies and other goodies are to die for!!! Keep up the work staff! Yall are amazing!!!! ✌💜🙂

Awesome coffee, great atmosphere, spacious and comfortable seating. Everything those corporate coffee places are not. Easily the BEST place to come for a good time with friends and family. Oh, and good music too!
