Fantastic service, nice atmosphere, good selection.
You wont find as many menu options as your local starbucks, but the options they do have cover anything you could want.
Soy and Almond milk options are available if you have issues with dairy.
Good tasting coffee, though perhaps a bit on the sweet side. I like an extra Espresso shot thrown in and cost keeps it affordable!

I live in Concord and drive here for my coffee! Yes it is that good and then add the awesome customer service they provide to make it the perfect coffee shop! I usually do the drive through for my coffee bc I have small children but the inside is a super cute spot to have a one on one meeting or get some work done.

My boyfriend had our first date there, it was suppose to be a meet and greet but turned into something more like a date. The shop staff was very friendly and the place is cozy and clean. We will return for our 1 year anniversary which is coming up soon.

Just had my 1st cup of coffee/mocha in over a year!
And I have to say it’s one of the best Mochas I’ve ever had I highly recommend the peanut butter cup mocha , service was fantastic speed was awesome, hands-down an excellent coffee shop in the Kannapolis/Concord area!!

I frequented this coffee house the other day and was quite pleased with the friendly service and products. The only drawback is the music was way too loud and I shouldn't have to overhear employees complaining about the work they've been asked to do. The FECH just needs to work on their professionalism a little bit. Other than that, I'll be back for your great coffee.

I love this place. They have soy and Almond milk. They are dog friendly and I get to take my dachshund. He gets a puppy-chino which he loves and I get either a cappuccino or an iced latte. They are open Sundays and I usually go in before church.

I absolutely Love this place and all the people who work there!! They are on vacation this week, well Deserved!! But the withdrawl is REAL

I love their coffee much better than Starbucks! Muffins are so moist & yummy it's hard to pass one up when I come for coffee hot or iced. My favorites so far are the Hazelnut Almond Latte (hot) and The French Express (iced coffee). Butter Cream & Chocolate Chip muffins are to die for!
It's also a great place to study, read or just hang out & it's kid friendly which is a huge plus for me!
