There is absolutely no where else in Jacksonville that I would rather get a tea, shake , or coffee from. Not a single item on their menu is a no go. And most importantly they actually appreciate the customers here and are thankful when their space is utilized. Other companies really need to take notes!

The ladies this evening are literally the best, they closed at 5pm & I got there a little after. Lavonne told me they had just closed but as we were getting ready to leave, she rushed outside & asked if i was just getting my Americana tea, i said yes..Since i'm not down here often & for her to remember my face & know what tea I wanted is a commitment to the customer service they provide. If your in the area stop in at The Spot, you won't be disappointed & the shakes are just as amazing.

My sister and I come here at least once a week it’s great prices for the drink and they are always good.

When I was in Jacksonville….. Every employee made me feel like they had known me forever… They were super nice and always greeted me with a smile…. Whenever I visit my home this will be MY SPOT !!!! Miss you guys!!

I absolutely LOVE coming to The Spot! The vibe is always so good here, and the teas/shakes are AMAZING! Shout to Brittani, Heather, and Laura for always making my experience wonderful. I love Brittani's singing and dancing haha! Definitely recommend if your looking to treat yourself but stay healthy as well!

I love this place so much, I come here at least twice a week ❤️ my favorite drink is Freedom right now! I change it up every few months lol thank you everyone!!

The ladies are for one absolutely gorgeous ! So for all the fit military guys this is the place for you ! The shakes were amazing and the ladies were amazing and very knowledgeable on what I needed post workout ! If you workout at Fit4life you get a discount as well. This will be a new daily routine for me! Great job ladies!
