Darel's Bakery & Sweets

Very good food. We tried the Boston Cream and the Key Lime Croissants as well as one scoop of pistachio walnut ice cream and an ice coffee. All of it cost $6 and it was delicious. The atmosphere was cool and cozy. Everything came out quick and they were very friendly about everything. I would highly recommend it!

Wow. This place is a hidden treasure. The croissants are light, fluffy and crunchy. They would be pure delight even if they weren't covered or filled with sugary goodness. Super affordable. I will have to try their coffee next time...

I haven't personally been in the store. I don't know the prices either. My boss, however, has treated us from here. They are delicious. DD used to be a sweet splurge, but this place replaced DD.

Great croissants, especially the glazed lemon filled ones!! Wonderful local staff nice enough to cater to anyone who gets a "sweet tooth every now 'n then."

The croissants are to die for!! They are so fresh and delicious! There are plenty of fillings to choose from. They also have ice cream, coffee, and fresh baked bread. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is very friendly. If you haven't been, go and try them, you will not be sorry. Also they are family owned and that is a huge plus in my book. I always prefer to shop locally.

These are filled croissants. Cream cheese, Bavarian cream, banana. Coconut . They are delicious!! Melt in your mouth yummy. I had a maple bacon and honestly its extremely scrumptious. No joke here. If you havent been or are passing through stop by. They have shakes too. And freindly workers Ill be going back soon!!

Definitely add Darel's to your list of places to checkout in Jacksonville!! No more donuts for me. I already loved croissants but Darel's takes the cake. My 5 yo wasn't sure what to think at first so she picked a macaroon and after devouring that she tried my blueberry filled croissant and quickly changed her tune wanting more. My 2yo thought the croissants were just the best thing ever and I agree. We will back for more again soon! Keep up the great things you do here! You make Jacksonville a sweeter place!

These croissants are amazing. Staff is always friendly. Try these and you will be addicted. Almond Joy is my favorite 😍
