Summit Coffee Birkdale Landing

Honestly my favorite coffee shop of all time. I haven’t been back in a few months. However during last school year I went there around 4 times a week. I would always order a pot of Moroccan mint tea. I love the tea so much I bought some to bring to college. However what made the Birkdale summit so nice was the people working there. They always knew my order and made my day way better.

While the location isn't bad and the shop itself is nice, it's a little hard to rate a coffee shop well when they don't even have cold brew. I settled for hot black coffee, which was good, but not ideal for starting a 10 hour drive on a hot day.

Had a nice latte here today. Coffee tasted great and the cranberry scone was fresh and moist. Service was fast and friendly. Will be back!

Love the space, the coffee and the team! I'm quite literally there almost every day as it is my "office away from home." Highly recommend the coffee subscription; super good value.

Coffee is great! Especially the lattes. However, the customer service is easily one of worst I’ve seen. I go there a lot because that’s how great the coffee is, but the girls do not greet you when you walk up to the registers. I know they’re busy but a simple acknowledgement of ‘Hi, I’ll be right with you’ goes a long way. Even when you’re done ordering, and put your payment through, a lot of times I just stand there because they don’t say anything. Again, a simple ‘You’re all set, Have a nice day’ goes a long way.

Nice place for coffee and a treat. Warm and light interior. The salted caramel brownie is AMAZING!

I've only been here one time, but from that I felt as if it was just average. Nothing special about it, but maybe it's better than that and they just weren't on their game that night.

Nice coffee and ambiance. Avocado toast had too much salt in it but cortado and croissant was very good.

Found this coffee shop via google maps. I was on a trip staying at a hotel not far from here. I will say the coffee was good. But be prepared this is a woke coffee shop. 90 degrees at 8am people wearing masks. Signs up saying they support equality transgender. I got my coffee and left.
