Main Street Coffee & Coworking

Omg I love this place. I was originally looking for a co-working space that I could hunker down and get some work done for a couple of hours. I was able to come in take advantage of the day pass, use the conference room for a couple of important calls, and enjoy amazing coffee and a tranquil work environment. Margaret is the manager of the co-working space and is as nice as can be. This place is super accommodating and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a co-working space in the area or if you are just passing through.

I ordered online through the app, Odeko. Fast service and great coffee. All the pastries and food we ordered were great, also. We took our coffee to go, but the inside looks cute, and we look forward to spending more time here in the future.
Does anyone know if the app Odeko takes part of the order money? Would it be better to call ahead with an order or just order when I arrive?

The best customer service, hands down. I visited today with a few friends and we were at the back picnic tables during afternoon sun. The barista came out back with a pitcher of water for us to share since we’d all finished our drinks. Huge shout out to Main Street Coffee for your yummy drinks and kindness!

Went specifically to support a new local business. Wasn’t in need of a coffee ...went to support. Two associates were helping a woman with her account. I was only person in line after her. Neither ever acknowledged me let alone took my order. After 5 minutes of being ignored I walked out. Again without a word from either. So much for local business hospitality.

Stopped by this past weekend. Coffee was awesome along with the atmosphere and employees. SO SO Happy that a coffee shop finally opened in this area. Much needed! Also a huge plus that it's walking distance from us especially since I work from home. Will be back frequently!!

To everyone planning on doing business with Main Street Coffee & Coworking, I am leaving a review of my experience while contracted to help get this business open and running. I was initially contacted by the owner at the end of June this year, and was asked to build the frame to the coffee bar amongst other work. During the first meeting my hourly rate was questioned. I was told the owner (a Licensed General Contractor) can get it done cheaper by his people. After the first meeting I thought he had given the work to one of his people because it was almost a full month later before I would hear from him again. I was also promised that there would be a plan for the Coffee Bar by the time I would get started, since during the first meeting there was NO plans drawn up, just blue painters tape on the floor. In late July I was contacted to get started, which I did the following Monday. When I got there only the newly hired (hired 4 days before) General Manager was there, whom I worked closely with to design the coffee bar in the owners absence, because there were still NO plans besides the blue painters tape on the floor. After multiple change orders by the general manager, the owner, owners wife and the owners mother, and making all the parties involved happy with the final product, and after working for a total of 49 hours and purchasing material out of pocket, no payment and no explanation. The owner has decided with NO explanation that he will not pay me my second and final invoice which included materials used on the job. I do Not expect to see any of the final invoice, at the time of this writing the invoice is more than 90+ days overdue. I only hope that anyone thinking of doing business with the owner reads this and know that if the owner is ok with doing this to 1 person, he is ok with doing it to 100 people.

For those that miss Studio Coffee, make sure to stop by and enjoy what I consider to be the new and improved version. Becky and Ramie are back, and there's even more baked goods to enjoy! It's great to have a good, comfortable, and friendly coffee shop back in Huntersville! Welcome (back) to the neighborhood!

Not sure how a small chocolate latte with an extra shot of espresso and a cheese danish was $13. I love supporting local businesses when I travel and the latte was delicious. Just not happy with the price.

Wow! What an awesome little addition to downtown Huntersville! It has that family feel, warm service with a smile, and the coffee is ridiculously good! Not too mention the pastries and quiche. Definitely better than Starbucks!
