I typically love Kristy Kreme but lately it seems you can’t get fresh glazed. I got a dozen glazed and they are definitely at least a day old if not older. This location won’t let you come inside either.

Had to get out of the drive thru line since me and my husband had to make sure of something. When we came back through the guy already made the coffee my husband was going to get even though he changed his mind about getting it. They insisted him taking it free of charge. It was very much appreciated

Dining room is closed, parking lot is small, they don't have enough help, my order would have been mixed up but I didn't leave the window until it was corrected. The donuts themselves were fine.

Delicious doughnuts , but they seemed unhappy that I only ordered a few doughnuts instead of a full dozen. I live alone I can't eat more than a few. I love the new flavors.

Never ever ever disappointed when I come here. I always ask my partner for two dozen donuts original glazed Krispy Kreme donuts for my birthday instead of a cake.

This is regarding staff communication. We had come over to redeem rewards (a box of 12 doughnuts), and when we asked the speaker box where to redeem, he told us at the window. When we tried to tell this to the lady there, she didn't understand and ended up charging us for a box of 12 doughnuts. We didn't want the original glazed box of 12 if we had to pay for it. We came to redeem the rewards. Would a manager please reach out to me on this? Staff do not seem to communicate well enough and this is not fair. She had already charged us and acted like nothing could be done about it. Not happy with our experience. We should not have been charged for coming to redeem a box.

Yall never dissapoint this girl. I didn't see the light on, but I went anyways and guess what...I got some fresh donuts. They are like putting sweet air on your tongue. It just doesn't get much much than that! I also love the different flavors for the other donuts.

10/10, best place to both eat your bought donuts *and* watch people get frustrated because they can't read the "Drive thru only" sign on one door, then proceed to try the other door and frustratedly ask the staff why the lobby is closed or why they're short-staffed, (then proceeding to be called rude for asking people if they know anyone that would like an application) like they're actively hiding something like gold inside the store.
This St. Patrick's day proves that, though. They're sprinkling gold all over their donuts! They must be right

I had came in just to confirm a online order. That I had put in night before. I had the pleasure to talk to nick and he set me up right then an there. So I didnt have to wait have door dash take my delivery. He didnt have to go so far out of his way for me but he did. I am super thankful for him and the time he took to make things happen for me. An amazing experience! Thank you again nick for your hospitality!
