Jasmine has the best personality and customer service. If you start off with a rough morning her personality immediately makes you more positive! Love the coffee! Way better than starbucks!

My favorite place to stop by for coffee. The staff is friendly and place is always clean. Most importantly the coffee is always perfect! Only question is when they have performances or sessions I see the drive through is closed, so I'm not sure whether that means they're not offering coffee even though the sign says they're open?

We have been going to Starbucks everyday for nearly 2 years, the second we walked into Lorraine's we could already tell there was a different more comfortable atmosphere. The staff is awesome, the wifi is excellent and there's way more room than most cafe's. Oh and the food.. MMMMM the food is AMAZING.

we both with my husband love Lorraine's coffee house! awesome coffee (frozen lorraine's mocha is our favorite), great milkshakes and very nice atmosphere during the day and during events. like their loyalty card

It's a great coffee house. The staff is friendly, great selection of coffee and espresso drinks. It's quite and clean inside. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star is that they don't have bagels or lunch sandwiches.

Good time at Lorraine's coffee house. Good seeing Kevin Prater Band. Hope to return soon. Great ice cream. Thank you for your hard work Lorraine promoting bluegrass music.

One of the best frozen Carmel drinks I've ever had. The gentleman made it perfect both times I've been. Staff super friendly as well. Anytime I'm in the area I will be stopping

Back to Starbucks... even Sheetz Hot Coffee Specials are better than this.

Waste of $$ and time

Stopped by for ice cream and it was a night that had live music. Had a really large crowd. Couldn't find a seat to eat the ice cream, the ice cream flavor selection was not great. The cone was stale and there was no way to add the sprinkles to the cone. Probably won't go back for ice cream again. :-(

Friendliest wait staff you will ever meet. Live music venues all the time. Great service and homely feel where even the patrons make you feel welcome.
