Open and inviting atmosphere.
Lots of room to sit and relax inside and out. Lounging area for those longer stays when needed.
Also a children's corner is available.
Great selection of specialty drinks and the traditional ones too.
Fresh baked pastries, parfaits, and sandwiches are also available.
Would definitely recommend stopping by and grabbing a cup.

Cute little shop and nice atmosphere. Got the frozen mocha. It was good but I couldn’t really taste coffee. Going to need to add a shot of expresso next time.

If I rated this place yesterday it would be 5 stars. Tasted amazing!! But today tasted like a latte from McDonald’s: I guess who makes the drink makes all the difference. Our drinks were done very fast today and just didn’t meet the quality we received yesterday.

Today I went to buy a London fog for a friend and a Jack Frost Latte for me. The coffee was excellent, but what was even more beautiful and excellent was the young man and woman attending me. I wish I had gotten his name, but he noticed my accent and asked about where I was from, and then began to speak in Spanish to me. I don’t know but I am CRYING on the way to work holding my wonderful coffee because that act of kindness from a stranger speaking my language moved me deeply! I haven’t spoken in Spanish in a long time. This kind act moved me so much! Whoever these 2 baristas are, they deserved so much! Baristas need a lot more recognition and gratefulness these days! THANK YOU to that kind man who spoke to me in Spanish. That did more to my heart than you would ever know! And again, coffee is great! Good variety of flavors!

The rewards system, different taste and quality of coffee is the best in all Garner. Customer service wise:
The staff changes from time to time as does their friendliness but it’s decent.

Best coffee in this area. Consistent quality and taste. Quick service, even when busy. Recommend the Aversboro Mocha - iced is my favorite. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I was looking forward to visiting for the first time in a while this morning. Disappointing experience. The cashier wasn't friendly and didn't say a simple greeting, other than "Hi". When I said thank you after paying, her response, "Yup." My "latte" was watered down cold brew with too much milk. No espresso in the drink, so I added coffee of my own. Still tasted bad. Don't think I'll be back if it's this inconsistent.

We enjoyed the frozen hot chocolate! I tried the Who! and it was ok. It had a good amount of coffee but the other flavors were kinda weak. I would try the What? next time.

Fantastic atmosphere, beautiful (& often humorous) original art on the walls, supporting the local artistic community. Lots of seating of several types (chairs, stools, couches, etc.). Free and fast WiFi. The baristas I’ve met so far are well trained in espresso, capable of crafting most caffeinated concoctions, and SO patient while I struggled to decide on mine for that day. I’ve had straight espresso, cappuccino, latté, and americanos and all have been delicious. I’ve even had the pleasure of watching one of the store managers (Matt) roast coffee!

If you want the best, this is your place. Not only is their brew the most flavorful I've had anywhere from Florida to North Carolina, they also have the friendliest most personable staff of any establishment I've frequented.
