Nice local coffee shop. Coffee was very good. Scone was excellent. Like to shop local!

Great family owned local coffee shop. Excellent choices and really nice staff. They also have a free library where you can leave a book and pick out another one. Conveniently located close to Lake Rim Park.

First time customer today hoping to support a local, veteran owned business, but I utterly regret it. While the coffee was good, not one employee was wearing a mask. The blatant disregard for human life is appalling especially with how bad COVID is getting. Please do not put yourself in this unnecessary danger; the coffee is not worth it. Stop by the drive through McDonalds or chikfila, where employees are required to wear masks.

The coffee here is always great. They always get my order right and the staff always asks how I'm doing. Awesome customer service! Awesome coffee, what more could I ask for! A+++

The Iron Mike iced coffee was great and so was my husband's drink as well. It is a friendly and cozy environment. If I did not have to do any adulting that day, I would have used their free library.

I love their coffe and have been going here for years however, today I noticed employees not wearing masks. I asked why and was told the one said they didn't have to. It is still the law in NC that everyone must wear a mask, weather we agree with it or not and I don't believe the one has the authority to over ride the governor. It is also a blantant disrespect of their customers as they are preparing food and drink. I will not be returning until the mask law is nullified, if then.

I have come here several times before and I enjoy their coffees. I was disappointed today to see that neither of the employees were wearing a mask, nor did they require customers to do so. A sign explaining the three W's was posted but not followed. I don't understand.

My mom and I, who are from out-of-town, were visiting my sister who lives in the area. The drinks we ordered were good; I got the Aloha Mocha, my mom ordered a mango smoothie, and my sister for a frozen latte. However, the customer service was very poor. The male employee was cold and unfriendly when we ordered at the counter and he was even less genial when we each had to get past him to use the restroom. The freezer is located next to the women's bathroom, he was stocking the freezers, and despite us apologizing for disrupting his work, he sighed audibly several times without saying a word. His demeanor throughout our entire experience was very cross. I shared what happened with Jumpin' Java through a private message on Facebook and a lady named Kim apologized and said she would share my message with her husband, the male employee.

Lady was very nice and helpful. Was wanting to know if I could hold a pop-up event there for my Tupperware business. She said they didn't do that but gave me suggestions on some businesses that may be willing to let me do just that. Said I could leave business info in a section they have for that though.
