Burney's Sweets & More

I've tried a wide assortment of desserts here. Some of them are a little too sweet, but in general I enjoy stopping here!

I like this place somewhat, but the best bakery is none other than SUPERIOR BAKERY IN HOPEMILLS. They have the best iced and filled crossiants and doughnuts and pastries cookies. Heck everything they have there is No. 1#. Love Superior Bakery.

Burney’s croissants are crazy good and addicting!!! So sweet and fluffy but dangerous if you buy by the dozen. There were only 4 left when I got home. I’m not sure why they gave me such a big box for only 4 😋😅

I just have to say WOW! We’ve been going to Burney’s for about 3 years now and service and food is amazing! They have anything you could possibly want from croissants, pies, cakes, pudding.. just everything! And it’s all made to perfection. We searched all over to find the perfect place to get our wedding cake from and Burney’s made our dream come true. The colors were on point! So many options available too! We also got cupcakes for the wedding as well - AND got my daughters graduation cake & cupcakes here too. You’ve just gotta go!!!

It really does NOT make any sense how yummy their sweets are. Like, how is everything on the menu so good? How?? My treats didn't even make it past the parking lot lol. We ordered an apple fritter, lemon croissant, pistachio macaron, honey bun, strawberry cheesecake, banana pudding and a strawberry smoothie. All was amazing, and I'd order again.

Desserts are scrumptious! Prices are low too. You can get a dozen of filled croissants for the same price as a dozen donuts from Krispy Kreme..yet the croissants are waaay better and more fulfilling than the donuts. Definitely a crowd pleaser!

We go there almost every payday. Everything I've eaten has been so good, but I love love love the blueberry croissants. They and the cherry are really good. I've read a negative review but in the many times we have gone there, no inappropriate behaviors were noted. But the do get very busy sometimes. We have been enough times the staff recognize us. Very cool.

Artificial, boxed, and frozen. I don’t know how this place has 4.5 stars. The staff was helpful but those sweets were horrid.
