My partner of 5 years and daughter father passed away recently. I was crying on my way to get my morning coffee thinking about it. Idk if the girl ordering my coffee could tell, but when I was ordering a sad song came on and she ran to change it saying “we don’t need to be sad today” I said “I agreed I’m already sad today”. She stopped and took the time to ask me what was going on. The line was moving so I didn’t go into detail, but just to have somebody show they cared made my entire day 🥹
