Your new staff members need more training. Ordered a Frappuccino today and the barista had no idea what I was talking about. My drink turned out horrible.

Right when we walked in, you could tell that the woman running the shop at that moment was rude, she didn’t listen to my order and got it wrong and was very cold and uncaring, and the coffee was bitter and gross, we had to drive over 5 miles away to go to a better coffee shop that knew what they were doing.
