It is basically noncorporate Starbucks o.o it has a cozy grandma's house feel while serving all the pastries and beverages that Starbucks does. The bonus being you can order real sandwiches an not have syrup with coffee flavor... Not to dissing Starbucks about the obviously sugar filled/ corn syrup packing drinks they offer :/ they clearly know what works

ECH is the freshest coffee in town. It offers breakfast and lunch along with pastries if you’re not that hungry.
Gigi and her staff are the most personable and friendly people. The food comes out quickly with a smile :)
The gift shop has great items to purchase, and they will make up a gift basket for any occasion.
I highly recommend stopping into ECH and enjoying the cozy atmosphere!

Very cool little coffee shop nestled amongst the shops. Had a lovely spiced chai and read some vintage comics and picked up a stress gnome.

I enjoyed a Republic of Tea iced tea (so refreshing), my husband enjoyed an iced coffee, and my kids scarfed down the cinnamon sugar donuts! We'll be back!

This is a very popular spot that I've visited multiple times. The employees are always friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. Their menu offers a good variety of options to choose from, their prices are comparable with other such coffee shops, & they serve a wide range of clientele. I love chicken salad, & am very selective with my choices. Their recipe did not sound appealing at first, but I was pleasantly surprised, & would not hesitate to order it again. They also have outdoor seating, which is nice when weather allows.
The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because of the seating. On this particular visit, I was there for an important meeting. We we're seated at the table closest to the food counter. Our discussion was interrupted several times because we had to repeatedly stand up and/or move our table/chairs just to allow people to get through to other areas in the room, including a woman with a baby stroller. I also got bumped into & even hit in the head by people trying to squeeze by. They were at full capacity & we were "packed in like sardines" before we were even halfway through our meeting; I wish we had carried on our meeting outside. This was not my first experience with such a situation. I don't know if there's a better way to utilize available space, if they need to remove a few tables, or reduce their merchandise inventory, but with COVID still an issue, I was not comfortable being packed in there like that. The noise level & repeated interruptions made for a disconnected, frustrating meeting experience again.

Stopped here on a ride through the area. They closed early because of the holiday but she let us still come in and get a cup of coffee. It was a really great cup of coffee. Super friendly and a beautiful area to just stop and sit for a little bit.
