The business is becoming more and more sketchy since re-opening from the pandemic. The hours listed are incorrect. You can never get anybody to answer the phone, and many times the phone says the number is not in service. Today, February 6, 2022, they were supposed to be open from noon until nine. Pull up at 3 PM in the business is closed. No notice or explanation. Hours on door clearly state 12pm to 9pm today, yet they are closed with. I explanation. They claim they are not doing parties or anything of that nature due to the governor’s order, however there is no order in place that limits that. Half the time it’s not even clear if the business is open or closed permanently. Very disappointed because this is not how this business used to be run.

I had a gift card that didn't have an expiration date and Danville said it wasn't valid at their location but the people here in Eden allowed me to surrender it and get a coffee drink and I'm very satisfied with the customer service and the drink 👍

Great little spot to pop in on a hot day for refreshing fro yo. Decor is clean and cozy, with multiple styles of seating-inside and out. Very good selection of yogurt flavors, and the toppings were very fresh and really clean and tidy. While eating we noticed there are some really interesting aspects to this store-they have a spoon recycling center- you drop your used spoon into a container matching a local non-profit you wish to help, and the company donates to those charities. Great corporate ethic, and a really funky, cool space to enjoy a great.

Di’lishi was my favorite frozen yogurt place to go to and I always tell people how I like it so much more than other frozen yogurt places. Today’s visit was fairly disappointing though and I’m not sure I will be back. I took my 4 kids and my mom there this afternoon, and to make things easier we went inside in two separate groups. In the process of making my sons cup he accidentally dropped it in the floor and a small amount spilled in the floor. I apologized multiple times but the man behind the counter was visibly irritated and proceeded to put my sons cup that fell in the floor on the scale for us to purchase. We weren’t given the option to make a new cup. After I left my mom came in with my other two children and ,not knowing she was with me, proceeded to complain about the prior incident with my son to her, making references that my son didn’t know how to act or listen in the store. My son is two and going out is very overwhelming to him, but regardless I find it fairly callous to talk like that so rudely to customers about other customers.

I enjoy the frozen yogurt from this establishment. The selection of yogurt I feel is plentiful although I do not frequent yogurt shops (roughly 8-12 different flavors to choose from). Nice array of yogurt toppings and additions ranging from fresh chopped fruit to protein powders. Staff are very nice from my experiences (10 visits). Have a comfortable seating area to relax and converse while enjoying your yogurt treat. Only negative is the expense of the yogurt but if you go to any yogurt shop you'll find the expense is in line with market prices for equal quality of yogurt products. Worth a stop for anyone whom hasn't tried this yogurt shop...it took my wife about 2 years to get me to try it and now I usually will stop in if I'm in the area.

Delicious frozen yogurt. The kids and myself always enjoy going to this place. They have awesome seating areas to relax. They also raise money for local charities and have frozen yogurt available for purchase that is already in containers. Friendly staff and decent prices a great treat.

Excellent Customer Service! Friendly. Clean. Real nice modern place (see pictures). Great prices and one heck of a selection for toppings!
What puts this place above the rest? COFFEE. Ultimate selection. Quality Hot, Cold, Frozen, and Nitro!
Roomy, with comfortable inside seating and outside seating areas.

Yogurt is good but its sold by weight. You choose what you want. Self-serv. But they weight it. Costs too much. About 5 or 6 dollars for a small cup. And i was careful with my servings. Its not a place for those who cant spend that kind of money. Kind of a wanna-be posh place. Not great for average folks.

I love this di'lishi and the new location of di'lishi in Danville. This store is always so very clean and organized. I have never been in to visit and found the toppings out of order or scattered all over the place as I have in most other yogurt bars. The machine are always clean. I watch the employees constantly cleaning and wiping down the counters and machines. All the employees go out of their way to be helpful and always try to include my kids in the conversations. The yogurt is delicious and they offer a nice variety of flavor options including two dairy free flavors. They offer hot tea by the cup which I love and cannot find anywhere else. They also offer hot and cold coffee beverages. The smoothies are great and my kids love creating their own smoothies by picking the ingredients. They think that is just so cool! Their prices are cheaper per ounce than any other bars that I have visited. You have to remember that it is by weight so you, the customer ultimately decides how much your cup is going to cost. I hate to see people give low ratings due to price. You control how much you dispense in your cup and you put the toppings on. It is common sense that some toppings are heavier than others, a chocolate brownie chunk vs. coconut flakes.
Di'lishi is also a very big supporter in the community. They work with local non-profits to help promote them and the work they do in the community. Check out their community giveback wall where you can vote for different non-profits. I also see them doing a lot of work with the local schools and the PTO programs.
My family just loves di'lishi!

I love this place. They have a nice variety of frozen yogurt flavors, tons of candied topping options, and some great fresh fruit toppings. Create whatever you want and pay by weight.
