Don't miss Island Smoothie's Duck location tucked in the back of Scarborough Lane shops. Its on the upper level. Fantastic smoothies, acai bowls, sandwiches and salads. Plenty of seating although they do takeout as well. Nice place to kickback after walking around Duck.

We came to OBX for a wedding, and my kids couldn't seem to agree on any lunch spots I could find. When I saw a smoothie place, I was thrilled, since I knew it would make them happy and have healthy options. The food and smoothies were both fantastic, and the customer service was outstanding. I was able to get my sandwich made into a wrap, and my kiddo was so excited to see avocado toast on the menu. He asked to come back for his “OG” again the next day. We will be heading back every time we are in the area!

We loved the Island and Sunset acai bowls. Everyone was very friendly and there were a lot of places to sit both in and outside of the restaurant.

Blackbeards treasure is the best Acai bowl I've ever had anywhere. Gotta add the peanut better at the bottom. Arggg

Island Smoothie was so good when I first tried it with my family we ended up getting lunch there the last 3 days in a row of our vacation. Would have probably gone every day if we found out about it earlier in our trip. All the smoothies and food options we ordered were delicious and very fresh with great service. Highly recommend Island Smoothie for anyone visiting in Duck!

I was “that customer” that came in with less than 15 minutes to close. I was treated very kindly and the staff took all the time in the world with me. The stream berry pineapple smoothie was out of this world and truly hit the spot on a very warm summer day. I highly recommend!

This place had a fantastic vibe. The people are so friendly and remembered us since we came in 4 times (out of our 1 week stay). I came here with friends and we all agreed that the Acai bowls were the best we'd ever had. We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves fresh and delicious food.
