Donutz On a Stick and Ice Cream

My favorite donuts in obx. Excellent atmosphere, good prices and an excellent ice cream selection. They also sale bottled drinks that are hard to find in obx.

First timer here. Absolutely amazing!! Service was quick and friendly. Donuts are made to order, served warm. Definitely going to make a second stop before I leave OBX.

Love this place! We stop here multiple times every time we visit Duck and are never disappointed. Friendly staff and a really cool concept for donuts as dessert!

The absolute best! We are always down to have donuts and ice cream but when you can combine them!! The donuts are amazing and when made into an ice cream sandwich...wow! This was the highlight of our day

I tried the oatmeal cookie ice cream sandwiched between two maple glazed doughnuts. So good! It tasted like maple brown sugar oatmeal for breakfast, great combination! One was large enough for me to share but still small enough for one person. Doughnuts are made to order so they are hot and gooey. Prices are expected for being a tourist town. It was a fun little place with novelty candy items and Outer Banks tourist items like shirts, etc.

Amazing ice cream, amazing and fresh made donuts. Highly recommend! The people are amazing and friendly. Will for sure be coming back! Defunitely try the brown butter bourbon and oatmeal cookie ice cream flavors.

On 8/5/22 my family visited this shop for ice cream. Unfortunately as I walked from the counter to the front of the store I slipped and fell . 911 responded with EMT's and the police. Not once during the entire episode did store management come over to me to see if I was ok or to ask if I needed anything. I suffered a severely bruised hand. After we returned to our home in NJ the next day my daughter contacted the store manager via email and sent a picture of my bruised and swollen hand. My hand was sore for several weeks but once it was better my daughter again contacted the store manager via email to let him know that my hand was much better and asked if he could send a refund for the ice cream which we never got to enjoy. We have never heard one word from the store management. Their utter lack of concern for their customers really left a sour taste. This could have resulted in a lawsuit but apparently they didn't care enough to even email an apology.

While visiting Kitty Hawk for a couple days I stumbled upon this little gem.

Went in amd asked if they had GF donuts and the girl behind the counter says they usually sell out in the first hour, due to high demand and online orders, BUT she had 2 left.

Whoa!

I scarfed them down and they were delicious. Super friendly staff and a lot of great donuts yo choose from.

This was an accidental find 2 years ago while my family and I vacationed in OBX as we walked the board walk in Duck. Today, again while on vacation in OBX, our visit there was PURPOSEFUL! If the heavenly aromas of freshly baked donuts aren't enough to draw you in, then make it a point to stop in and meet the extremely kind and hard-working owners who will gladly craft you the most amazing ice cream sundae you'll ever eat! I recommend sitting down before taking a bite to a avoid the knees from buckling and accidentally dropping your sundae... YES, it's that good!!!

Absolutely loved this place.The owner and his kids are super friendly.Donuts were made to order.Hot and fresh.My peanut butter milkshake was thus far the best I've ever had.The best!!
