Big Blue 252 Coffee Bar

I loved this adorable coffee shop! The owner and staff were very friendly and their pastries looked delicious. I got the carrot cake and it was extremely moist and not overly sweet. It was well worth the stop!

I camped out at Goose Creek State Park this past Tuesday and work remotely so I needed to find a place to work and let me tell you, nothing beats Big Blue 252 and the warm, friendly amazing staff and atmosphere. They saved my whole work day!
They gave this 100 year old building a new life while providing a great place for people to get coffee, snacks, and there’s lots of space to work in the back.
The owner (Frida I believe) was so kind and let me stay and work pretty much the whole day and it was so homey. Not to mention, she’s made a lot of the art in there.

Delicious and much needed coffee and breakfast spot in an area without a lot of options when visiting the wildlife refuges and Pettigrew State Park! The staff was friendly and had lots of great options. I had a tasty bacon, egg and cheddar biscuit sandwich and my son had a waffle with sausage. Highly recommend, will be back!

This is one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever stopped at! I highly recommend it! I ordered a Latte, a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and a cheese danish and it was delicious. Very kind people and lots of choices in coffee, muffins, danishes, cake, bagels, and more! Accepts, Apple Pay too. Clean, fast service! Right off the interstate, Exit 558 and conveniently located on the way into Nags Head/ OBX/ Roanoke Island.

Went in to grab a quick coffee on the drive back from the beach. What a cute little place with great coffee! It's so cute and home-y and comfortable.
The owner was so proud to show off this place. The back has a space for parties or to relax and watch the game.

We only live about an hour away, but wanted a local shop for coffee on the way back home from the beach … when we stepped in with 3 boys, it felt like home!!! The atmosphere, the people, the love and the food. We just ordered some lattes to go, with a cheese danish and also picked up some tea bags from South Africa!

It may become a “usual” place for us as we travel To the coast often for the summer!!!

We stopped here on our way home from OBX. Super cute place and our breakfast, coffee, hot chocolate for the kids and pastries were tasty. Wish we had one near home.

Got a great flat white and wonderful sandwich to go. Right off of 64 in downtown Creswell, NC. Forget fast food in Plymouth. This is the place! Perfect!

Finally had a chance to go by to try those great drinks at Big Blue. I was definitely not disappointed! If you're in the area go by this location you will not regret it.
