Summit Coffee - On the Plaza

Their seasonal menus are the best in Charlotte. They always have something new and creative. The black coffee is great too if you’re not into lattes.

I come in here a couple times a week on average and I’ve only ever had excellent coffee. The staff here is very kind and quick also. There’s a lot of seating, plenty of outlets, a printer, some pastries and bagels, and a big parking lot.

Great coffee - Even better vibes! Everytime I go to this coffee shop I'm just in Awe! Wow! The customer service is out of this world. They will re pull a shot for you if it isn't perfect. And every single time I go my cup of coffee is perfection. Here me PERFECTION! The staff is super friendly and happy and that vibe just rubs of on you too. A great start to your day!

I just met with a friend here off his recommendation and I'm glad I trusted his judgement. This establishment is quiet, cozy and the ambiance is lovely. I ordered a whole milk cortado and the taste is exquisite. I will be here again

Tasty drinks and pastries are served in a comforting, plant-filled space. The chairs at indoor tables are comfortable and the music is low in volume, but high in quality.

I love coming here to work! All the staff is lovely but I had a really sweet experience with Darian today - she didn't know it was a rough day for me, but she went out of her way to make our 2-minute interaction really personable and made my day so much better. There are a lot of places in Charlotte that serve good drinks, but the best places are the ones where the staff know their jobs are more than just serving coffee.

Decent coffee, but they don’t have white chocolate, really? I was a little harsher in my first draft of this, so I rewrote it to be more kind. We all deserve that right?
